I had an estimate on my furnace and one guy told me $500 to fix it.. So I called lowery res and they came out and it for 50 dollars!! It was great they also did my house water tank on a sat. For 91$ And it took him 3 hours he took his time to try to rebuild the pieces instead of just telling me I need a new one like everybody else did...they are fabulous

Ive been a customer for over 30 years. The Technician, Blair, was efficient, professional, and very friendly. He went above and beyond to fix my furnace. Lowry's service is impeccable.

Tiger Lily Realty manages rental homes and has used Lowry Furnace and Air Conditioning for years. Even though a couple of years ago they went through a management change, the new owner worked under the old management and is still providing quality work. Lowry provides a consistently good service, is responsive & reliable, moderate in cost, respectful to our tenants, and clean up after themselves. I've used lowrys several times for my furnace and air conditioner needs. Each time they have been very responsive, punctual and have had great customer service. I first used them when I asked for a second opinion when another company told me I needed over 800 dollars in parts. Turns out the parts weren't needed.

First time calling Lowery Heating and Cooling I got an appointment the next day. The tech Mark was prompt and professional. Found the issue with my furnace quickly and repairs were made. I will call them for routine maintenance in Spring and again next Fall. I would highly recommend this company. Also the price was right.

Just had Blair out here to look at my furnace. It was not coming on all the time. Turned out to just be the exhaust pipe outside. It fell over and was getting condensation in it. Easy fix and a really good price to fix it. I thought it might be my ignition sensor out, so I have to say this is a very honest company that checks things out throughly. Blair was a great guy and very personable. I will definitely be calling them for future issues. They were also here in less than 30 minutes after I called. Definitely a great and reliable company. Thank you for wonderful, fast service.

I can't say enough good things about this company! We have had HVAC issues since we bought this home last year. Each time we called, they came right over. We placed an order for a new HVAC, both the inside and outside units. They had them installed in no time. The owner is great to work with, his employees are top tier! Also, the basement was cleaned up and you couldn't even tell anyone was down there. They went above and beyond for us. They even rerouted the drain for us so it wouldn't be in our way anymore. They are very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company for all you HVAC needs. These guys will have our business for as long as we live here.

Scott and Lisa communicated most efficiently from the very first Contact and Scott showed up to fix my problem the very next day. A furnace igniter was installed And a couple other minor things. My new/ old house stays at the temperature that I set. That's a perfect recommendation for anyone. Earlier in the summer, one of their workers came over to my house from my neighbors and gave me some advice on my old air conditioner which was still functioning properly. I called them when my furnace went out. I'll definitely use them again if I need them.

I've used Lowry a few times, each time I was very happy. First time I was given extremely high estimates by competitors Lowry came out an showed me what was really wrong an and charged me less than $200. When the other guys were wanting over $1900. They could have easily taken advantage of me and I would have had no idea. I was sold then forever, honesty and integrity are hard to find. The technicians are clean cut, friendly and professional I won't call anyone else besides Lowry for heating or cooling issues. Ive met the owner he has actually personally helped with problems I've had with furnace & A/C. He's incredibly knowledgeable and very down to earth. Doesn't hide behind his employees. I can't say enough good things about them. You won't be disappointed and you won't drain your bank account using them either.

My AC failed on Saturday, it was the blower on my furnace. Eric came out Monday to access the issue. Due to my furnace the replacement part would have been nearly 3k including labor. I opted to just replace the furnace. John and Justin arrived on time this morning and had it installed within 2.5 hours. After four days of my house being at 87-89 degrees, I can’t thank Lowry and them team enough for getting all squared away. As always the crews were friendly and professional.

Can’t say enough good things about our first experience with Lowry’s. We called at 9:30pm the night before we were leaving the morning for a trip. Someone called first thing in the morning and a tech was here earlier than they told us so that we could leave on time. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and they did great work at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

This company is great to work with. They show up on time, return calls, our very curtious, and clean up and sweep the floor when done. Pricing is very good. They replaced my AC and furnace 28 years ago and now (June 2024). New units are really quiet and they installed a WiFi enabled thermostat. Nice to know there are still companies that provide great service.

I started out using Lowry at my home and when I had problems with our tube heaters at work they were my first call. I have been using them for years now and couldn't be happier with the service. professional and prompt would be an understatement.
