We didn't actually meet. They were going to give our fuel oil furnace its annual service, but someone else's furnace broke down, leaving a family without heat. They called to let me know why they had to cancel my appointment.

I want to thank Carls for coming out right away to repair my water heater exhaust vent so I wouldn’t have to worry about Carbon Monoxide danger anymore. They really helped me out and they were very reasonable.

It took 6 months to finish service on my boiler. I was told i would not be charged extra labor and parts would not be marked up. 1/2 a year later they finish work and boiler is leaking water all over floor. I have been swaping buckets for almost a week now.

Carls will sell HVAC parts to the public! Which is of enormous value to someone who wants to do DIY HVAC work. I got their name from a HVAC competitor who like everyone else told me they only sell HVAC parts to contractors. Carl's office person helped me determine which parts I needed. She and her technicians got the parts fast. I really appreciate this because my furnace was out during the first snow fall of this November. I did not know my furnace was out before then because the motors and fans were still operating. I had searched Google and called contractor part suppliers before I was finally given Carl's phone number. Carl's on call technician even told how to get temporary heat overnight by manually lighting the burner. I really appreciated this help during freezing temperatures. I was an hour away from "abandoning ship" LOL I mean house until Carl's part supplier opened the next morning. Thanks to Carl's I did not have to spend the night at my brother's house or in my car. Carl's office person called me back promptly at 9 am the next day that they had the 2nd part. Carl's gave me great prices on the parts. Thanks Carls!

Performing Illegal and unsafe fixes!

I contacted Carl's Heating and Air Conditioning to replace a whistle on my heating oil tank. When the work was completed, it was determined to be an illegal fix because Carl's had bypassed my existing ventilation system and was venting the oil tank into the house. No oil company will deliver oil under these circumstances because it is a major safety hazard.

It seems like common sense that ventilating an oil tank into a home is a terrible idea, the Carl's team acting in an ethical manor to the public.

Our central air a/c unit died yesterday during a 90 degree day. Not only did Carl's Heating and Air Conditioning come out the same day, but they also diagnosed it and had a new motor ordered and installed today (during another 90 degree day) Our family is VERY thankful to have cold air again. Our technician found us the least expensive motor he could find that would work with our unit. In the end, we saved money by going to Carl's. We've also used them in the past for our furnace. They are a family-owned business and will stand behind their work. Thank you Carl's!

I had the furnace blower wheel go bad and I told them I was looking to save a buck or two if possible. They said to just bring it in and they would work on it. Got it back that same day well priced and got everything working again. Couple years later the blower motor went bad and the technician came out this time replaced the motor but discovered the inducer motor was bad also. He didn't have the part on him but got it working temporarily. It didn't last though and he came out the next morning and replaced it. Well priced, fast, honest people. Pleasure to work with.

I called them for a look at my oooold furnace, I was given a fair and adequate account of the death of my furnace. I then was given a quote for a new furnace with all the fixings and my new furnace and my thermostat was installed for a fair price, in record time and arrangements for payment was quick and painless! Top notch folks here!!! No pics as they are on my other phone. It's pretty and shiny AND it works!!!

I had replaced the control panel of my furnace and was still having a hard time getting it to heat. Zach was sent out to help find the problem. Here I had one wire in the wrong spot. Zach fixed my mistake and was very professional and courteous. We will definitely use Carl's heating and air conditioning again.

On Friday 5/21, it had been 95° in my house for three days and I'm on oxygen. I called Blind and Son's and they told me it'd be $125.00 just to come out, but they were booked. I called Carl's and they listed me as a priority and were out that day! The repairman, Donavon, was awesome! He was polite, courteous and Covid conscious. It took him about an hour, the price was reasonable and our problem was fixed!!! If you want great service at a good price, I suggest you call Carl's!

Carl's is a local HVAC company that really cares about their customers and their customers homes. I've had multiple encounters with them and they have treated me more than fairly every time. If you're in need of furnace or a/c repair or installation these are the folks you want to go to. Their prices are very fair, in some cases I'd say better than most. And you're not just another job to them. When it's time to replace my furnace Carl's will be my first and only call.

Never again!. I've had to use these guys twice and both times I got technician Kevin. He did good service but both times he absolutely reeked of heavy skunky Marijuana. The order was so strong that around the furnace area still smelled like it for hours after he left both times!. I had to turn off the system for a few hours because the air blowing mixed with the heavy weed smell reeking off him was beginning to spread around the house. My roommate came home a few hours later and instantly said "I smell weed" about a minute after walking in the door. If you have to use these guys because you have no other option at the moment and you don't want your home to reek of weed for hours from the technician you have to specifically ask them to not send a technician named Kevin. Get this guy some help, there is no sense in someone being that high on the job!.

One of the few plumbing companies that actually can get you parts if you want to do the repairs. Yourselves. Have used them twice for this, and the parts were perfect and I fixed it. And so glad I did both the furnace and the air conditioner.

Thank you for being an honest business your technicians that have been to my rentals have been great. Always upfront about whatever the problem was and fixed it no problem. I will use your business in the future. Pricing is honest and fair when I wasn't there to see them fix the problem they told me it was a loose wire in the thermostat and fixed it for a reasonable price.

Carl's Heating and A/C is the BEST and ONLY Heat and AC company we use. We have been customers for more than 20 years. They are efficient, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, trustworthy. Coletta, the owner who took over the business from her late father, Carl, has been wonderful and very helpful ever since I was away on a long army tour and my wife was at home with three young children and no heat! They don't try to push more expensive equipment, just what you need. We have used them for AC and Heat maintenance and new furnace, AC and water heater at our home and a new furnace at a relative's house. God bless them!!

The owner addressed my concerns regarding my new water heater. She sent Kevin and he patiently explained all parts of the water heater, including where the shut off valve was located . He also straightened my wash tub that was off balance when the old heater was removed . Great customer service !

We have used Carl's a few times to diagnose/repair out older furnace since buying our century home 6 years ago. At one point I used B and Sons, they just wanted to sell me a new furnace. Carl's techs are straight forward, knowledgeable, and honest. They will repair and service without trying to take your wallet. They know what they're doing. I'm glad they're info/service label was on my ductwork from when the previous owner of the house had the furnace installed.
