I needed a flu wye. They had the exact part and i got things going after cleaning out the flu. I still have a minor problem with it cycling but the heat now stays on. That day it was almost zero and the heat was off all night. Thank you so much!!

working because its 50 to 34 this week. I called twice and they kept saying tomorrow and they would call me with a time. They never called. So I called someone else. You would think they would treat repeat costumers better. Unfortunately, you cant rely on them to show up or put you on the schedule.

I hired Carl’s Heating and Cooling in August to reconnect three steam radiators after a floor tile job. I chose them because I had been satisfied with their boiler installation work a few years ago. I paid about $900, and even scheduling the work required multiple follow-up calls.

When the heat was turned on, one radiator leaked condensate so badly it flooded my bathroom and had to be shut down. Over the next eight weeks, I repeatedly called for a repair and was given the runaround by the owner—either no technician was available or my calls were not returned.

The office staff were polite and apologetic and acknowledged this is a pattern with the owner. I ultimately had to hire another heating company and pay out of pocket to fix Carl’s faulty work.

Being told the owner “wouldn’t come to the phone” on my last call said everything. This was one of the poorest customer service experiences I’ve had.

Our furnace went out in early February. We called Blind and Sons originally. I called them around 9:00 am. After being jerked around for about 15 minutes by their answering system I finally spoke to a human. The lady that I spoke to promised me that someone would come out and get my furnace working that day, even if it was after 5:00 pm. I waited all day and no one ever came or called. I tried to call them around 5:00 pm and was only able to leave a message.
The following morning, after we slept in a cold house all night, my husband called Tropicair. They actually came out and had our problem fixed in only 20 minutes. That's what I call service!
Blind and Sons only responded to my call by phone after Tropicair was already on the job.
I highly recommend Tropicair!

My husband and I have had them out three times for both furnace and ac and they have been prompt, friendly and wonderful everytime. Will be the only company we use in the future

They did one awesome job on my central air and furnace :) they took their time to be sure it was done right and got it done in just a couple days both new air and furnace :) also a humidifier.. If you are looking for a new furnace or central air be sure to call tropic air :)

Dennis came and gave me a quote on central air the price was very reasonable and when they came to install the unit they were on time and very professional and clean the quality of the work was beyond expectation I would definitely recommend to family and will be definitely calling him for future use

I called them to see if there was something wrong with my ac and they came out and were very professional and polite. Yes I got charged a service call but I didn't mind. He did an inspection on my entire ac unit. I had no worries when he was done. Thank you so much.

I’d like to thank Dennis for coming out on a Sunday and fixing our problem. Saturday we contacted at least 3 different services and didn’t receive as much as a call back. Dennis answered and came right out. Replaced the transformer and now the wife is happy!

Look no further. Dennis is great. A straight shooter that will explain his work and the issues he has encountered. Installed a humidifier, fixed my A/C and most recently a gas leak. Extremely fair pricing.

Dennis is beyond amazing and professional in the work that he does. As fall rolls in and the need to turn the heat on arrives, we discovered only cold air blowing out of the vents and the flame constantly turning on and off. I gave Tropicair a call as a first time customer who found him based on his reviews. On a Sunday day, he came to our house within an hour after calling him. He walked me through my furnace, quickly identified the problem, and even showed me how to fix it myself in the future (or give him a call if I'm not comfortable doing so).

He didn't charge any weekend or overtime rates, just his standard service fee and was in and out in 20 minutes. He also gave me a quote on installing a new humidifier that is quite generous! This is the shining example of what a HVAC service should be. If you're using someone else, you need to swap! I will be calling them for now on!
