We had a great experience with East End Heating & Cooling! We tried to turn the furnace on for the first time this winter and of course it would not start. A company came out and told us we needed to replace the entire furnace. I wanted to get a 2nd option Bobby was able to offer his expertise and get the furnace fixed for much less. I also like to keep my money in the community and shop local, this is a small family business. I know who I will call 1st next time! Thank you East End!!

Had a great experience with East End today! They solved the root problem another heating company overlooked and got a part another company swore was not available. I'm up and running and warm again!

We hired Sean and his company to clean our vents in our farmhouse that we purchased last October. Sean and his son came out and did the job – while he was at our house, he asked me “if you don’t mind me asking, how much did you pay for this house”? I had only met this guy an hour ago and he felt that it was an okay thing to ask his customer this. I was a little taken back by this, but whatever, let him do the job. I also asked him what it was going to cost for the job, and he told me around $600. Fine – go ahead and do the job. I had to leave to run errands, when I returned Sean and his son were gone. They noted that they couldn’t clean some of the vents because the vent covers could not be removed – also fine and understandable, but they left debris all over the floor in our laundry room on a vent that they did clean. I asked my wife if she paid him and how much he charged. She told me $750. Ok – maybe they ran into something that increased the price by $150, however no explanation of that was given to us. I feel like he took advantage of getting more money from us because I wasn’t home. Had I been there – I certainly would’ve asked why the price increased by $150. My wife and I both agreed that he was extremely arrogant and overall, we got a bit of bad vibe from him. Meanwhile, at the same time as having him out – we were having our basement remediated as well as waterproofed. The company doing the waterproofing told me I had to have the central air unit disconnected and moved so they could finish their excavating around the house. I was in a pinch and because I needed this done quickly, I made the mistake of calling Sean to see if it was something he could do. He gave me an estimate and we agreed to hire him. When they were scheduled to come out – one of his employees showed up pulling into our driveway like a complete lunatic – parking with one tire in my yard and then this guy begins yelling at us from outside “Hello – I’m trying to talk to you – hello – is anyone here?” Hasn’t this guy ever heard of knocking on someone’s door?

The A/C unit was disconnected, and I was given a quote for a new A/C unit that I agreed upon. Sean asked me to pay for the A/C unit up front, again, something I’m not typically used to, so I suggested I pay him electronically from my bank to avoid having to pay credit card fees. He agreed to this. My bank flagged it as possibly fraudulent and put a stop on the payment. After this Sean sent me an invoice payable by credit card or by bank. I opted to pay by bank as I was sitting in front of my computer and know my routing/checking number, so I paid the invoice in full. Minutes later I get a text message from Sean stating that he was going to refund my money and that he was going to find someone else to do the job. I immediately tried calling him to find out why. After many calls and him putting me to voicemail he answered and that’s when things turned really sour. He began by saying – I told you to pay by Credit Card. Well – if that’s the case, then why didn’t you send me an invoice that’s payable by Credit Card only? When I complained to him about the debris left in our laundry room, he asked me if my wife and I had ever heard of a broom and general housekeeping. Many other insults came forth from him during our phone conversation.

A couple days later I was refunded the money I had paid in full (September 9th). Yesterday (9/22) I received a text message from Sean – “yeah they just refunded your money twice you better call your ****** bank and get it ****** straightened out ********. He then proceeded to call me a con man and told me that my house was a piece of ****.

Public records will clearly show who the real crook is in all of this. Summit County Public records will show Sean’s true character. Stay away from this guy and his business. There are plenty of other vent cleaning companies out there. Sean is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with, and he is clearly in over his head.

My goodness, I am so pleased with the job they did. My ducts where so dirty I could smell them 2 feet away with no heat on. Now I can't smell anything. They went the extra mile. They are also very informative. Was able to understand where the smell came from and future prevention. I will %100 recommend this company ( and I almost never give 5 stars) . ⭐⭐⭐⭐💫

Responsive, professional and did a great job cleaning our condo ducts!

Sean did an amazing job cleaning our ducts and making the air quality in our home pure again, before we dealt with dust all the time, allergies, sinus infections constantly and now after he cleaned everything the difference is very noticeable and seriously amazing. I wish we would of hired him Sooner. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed and we were satisfied I give a 10/10

After talking to Sean for about 30 minutes telling him my story and gaining information from him I decided to hire him. He was at my house just 3 days later to do the job. Him and one associate showed up ready to work. They went above and beyond. They explained everything that they were doing as they were doing it, as well as teaching us about the air quality of our home and the effects everything had on our bodies. They cleaned up after themselves and were very neat with fixing the holes they created. They cleaned the dryer vent and also made sure it was properly sealed for me. They were very kind and helpful. Definitely would hire him again in the future.

We called Sean and he was able to get our ducts cleaned the next day. We had just finished a remodel project. He did a great job and will be having him back. The air in my house is amazing. I will be recommending him.

Never having had my ducts cleaned before, I was a bit hesitant to bring someone out to clean them. That being said, I am very pleased with the work that was done and plan on bring him back one every other year.

Sean is a great guy. He did a good job at explaining the entire process to me and why it is necessary. He also stuck to his quoted price which is a big ask now-a-days. He kept telling me that it would make a big difference, and again, I was a bit skeptical, especially since my since of smell is terrible, but what do you know, after he left and I was walking around my house, I 100% noticed a difference.

The first night sleep was some of the best sleep i have gotten in a long time. I didn't even realize how the air quality in my house was effecting my sleep. This is definitely a great thing to do for your house.

It was also nice that he brought the big air scrubbing vacuum into my house instead of running it from his truck. This way, my door didn't have to be propped open all day for a huge hose to run through.

Sean is very nice and easy to work with. He didn't mind me following him around all day and asking him questions. I will definitely be calling him again in a couple years.
