Schar came out for a maintenance check on the system. They were on time I received a phone call and a text before they came to the house. The service tech explained everything that he was going to look at on my furnace and provided detailed results of his review. Excellent service… I definitely would recommend them.

Seth Lambert was the technician who came out to look at my Furnace and AC unit. He did a good quality job scoping everything out and bringing the speed of my AC where it needs to be. Good guy as well, he was very friendly

Our technician Seth is just amazing. He’s kind and patient. He takes time to explain when we ask questions and is very knowledgeable. Had the AC go out in the evening at the worst time, called Schar as a first time customer, the dispatcher answered immediately, she got in touch with an after hours technician, he was at my house in 30 minutes. Damien was awesome! He diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly. He was extremely professional and was working in the dark at 10 pm at night. I can’t thank them enough for their efforts and I will definitely use Schar heating and cooling in the future!

Not having a furnace with sub zero temps is disconcerting. Cody showed up earlier than expected and diagnosed the problem quickly. Even though it’s not a quick fix, having a fantastic response time and knowing what to expect is priceless.

Your technician was very thorough and answered all my questions without trying to sell me anything. I was particularly concerned about my filter & humidifier after having extremely shoddy work done by a duct cleaning company. Your technician checked all those and reassured me that everything was working as it should be. It was a pleasure to have him work on my furnace system today!

Schar came out to correct some issues with our bathroom exhaust ducts. The technician (Josh) was friendly, efficient, and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend this company for HVAC and related services. They also do internal plumbing work.
