I had a furnace checkup done on a house that is under contract . They were quick to send me a quote via email for a new furnace/air even though the only issue with the furnace was that it was old . I didn’t receive a receipt for my payment or the service report indicating what they did or what they found.

I finally received the receipt but after daily calls still have not received the service report which I need for the seller of the house.

I have neverrrrrr been able to talk with an employee on the phone . It always goes to an answering service …

Very pleased with Brian and the office staff. We had maintenance done on our A/C and everything was thoroughly checked and explained. I bought a new toilet at Home Depot to replace an old one that had a leaky tank. I also let them know I’d need installation services and they contracted Arco Comfort Air, LLC for the job, which I thought was strange. Despite their name, it turns out they also provide plumbing services. The next day, I was contacted by Arco, to schedule a very timely install. On the morning of the install, Jackson at Arco texted and called to let us know when he’d arrive. He was timely, polite and professional and did a great job replacing our old toilet with the new one, and taking the old one away to dispose of it. I’ll definitely keep this business in mind for future plumbing needs, as well as heating and air, based on the excellent customer service provided by the appointment setter and especially Jackson.

Brian does our annual tune-up for the AC and furnace and does an excellent job. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to explain things in detail. He's also willing to answer any questions I have. I highly recommend him!!

Very happy with the work Brian did on diagnosing the issue with my former heating system. He found a two-stage unit that is more efficient than my previous one. The customer service I receive from the main office made my purchase seamless. I highly recommend ARCO Comfort Heating.

I just wish to say that Henry did a wonderful job.
We had 3 faucets installed, and the work was expertly done, and quickly.
Henry arrived on time , took all existing faucets for disposal. This was are second time with Henry and will always request his services.

Don and Dave were right on time. They were very nice and installed new furnace and ac unit in about 3hrs area very neat and clean when left. Explained the difference between old and new answered all questions. Give them 5 stars

Jacob Sidoti came to my house to give us an estimate on the installation of a central air unit. He answered every question we had in a very professional manner. He asked if we had any other estimates and we informed him that he was the first. His easygoing personality and demeanor in the presence of my two dogs was impressive and they loved him. That in itself told me we were dealing with the right people.
Jacob took us step by step through the purchasing process and our installation will begin in 6 days.
Jacob is truly an asset to Arco Comfort Air,LLC!

Preventative Maintenance Check-

Allen Mac Monigal was very thorough inspecting and cleaning our unit. He fixed a minor wiring issue behind our thermostat we’ve just been living with at no extra charge and quoted only the items requested/needed.

We will call upon them again.

The technician Jackson at Arco did a great job installing toilet bowl and kitchen hardware. He was very patient. The new faucet did not fit with the old sink. He patiently spent time to fix the problem. Everything worked find. He's a great worker. I would definitely used the company again.

Fantastic company. Well manored employees that work in a timely fashion. I had a full system with central air installed and everything was done within a few days.
Their warranty on products and maintenance is far better than most companies. 10/10 would recommend Arco!

Kenny Cocoran came to my home today to look at my furnace because it wasn't coming on, and he informed me that my gas valve needed to be replaced. Luckily for me he was able to do the replacement and for a reasonable price. I would definitely call Arco again and request Kenny for any future needs for my furnace. He was also very nice and answered all my questions!

Excellent service. The service tech, Shawn Sullivan, was thorough. His knowledge base regarding heating and cooling is very evident. He represents his company well. We’ve been dealing with ARCO going on 20 years and the service has always been excellent.

I had a problem with my heating system and Brian Hughes arrived at the designated appointment time, is a professional and courteous technician who discovered the problem within a few minutes. He explained the problem to me and then replaced the part after getting my approval. He had been here before for other service work so knew the work area. He rates an A+ in my book for his efficiency and professionalism.

My A/C failed last night and called Arco this morning. Brian came out at 1:30 pm same day! He sourced out the problem immediately and offered recommendations to correct the issue. Added a booster kit to save replacing the compressor….and many$$$$. Great job and great personality. He has lots of experience and great skill set in HVAC.
