I highly recommend buying any heater from great lakes radiant. Noah was my salesman who has also helped with every step of the way. I made several phone calls with help on installation and Noah was more than able to help guide me during then entire process. Very pleased with the customer service, pricing, and product.

Noah was fantastic! I had multiple questions over a couple months time before purchasing. He always took his time and was never pushy. He answered all questions and did some comparisons for me as well. When it came to shipping the item, there was an issue with the carrier (No fault of Noah's or Great Lakes Radiant). In the past I've had situations where the company would leave it up to me to figure out. Noah and his associates got to the bottom of things and stayed in constant communication all of the way through delivery. This company and Noah is top notch!

2 hours unloading time

Had a 7:30 am appt to deliver and the guys unloading me did not show up until 8. Then when done, they left all the cardboard that came with their shipment in the trailer.

Appointment for 7.30, we arrived at 7.10 am and they were open. Nice people, the unloading was pretty fast.

The Habegger Corporation goes above and beyond customer expectations. I have been dealing with them for supplies in our HVAC/R business for 3 years now and there is not another company out there that compares to the service provided by the Habegger Corporation. Thank you guys for all your help, our company owes a bit of gratitude to you for help in our growth in these 3 short years in business.

Nasty employees who don’t give any respect to drivers. You are not doing us a favor by being in that office this is YOUR LOAD not ours. If you can’t greet & smile to drivers you don’t belong in that office. If you’re looking for brownwest you have to enter this building & go around the back you will see a big tank the building is in the back that’s where you check in. I would never come back here again.

Great staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Always enjoy picking up my parts and supplies here. Ignore the negative reviews by grumpy truckers. They’re irrelevant to a professional HVAC contractor.

Nice enough guys unloading you. There are like 3 doors that are marked for semi trucks. The doors if I remember right are 98,99 and 100. The rest is theirs and it’s marked too.
Note drivers. If your appointment is for 0730 then you will be waiting. They don’t show up to Receiving to unload until 0800. This is coming from the manager. He says he doesn’t understand why companies and brokers put 0730.

Showed up in a timely fashion and solved my issue for me at a reasonable cost ! THANK YOU !

I wish there was lest than 1 star I could give. This is a very dishonest company. I called them to come and check my ice maker that was not producing ice as fast as it used to. I was told everything would be covered under warranty. I just received a bill.

Jared was here on Sunday in the middle of snow storm. Thanks for emergency service.

Bernard heating &cooling serviced my humidifier and had it working like new. The technician was courteous and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend their services for heating and cooling needs.
