Tried to utilize their services but since I “didn’t purchase the mini split unit through them” they won’t install it. There seems to be a lot of this going around these days. They say it’s because they can’t give you a warranty on the work but the unit has a manufacturer warranty so at the end of the day you either want my money or you don’t. Its different if we’re talking used equipment getting pulled from one location and installed on another but if we’re talking brand new equipment, not sure what the problem is. It’s hard to find good services now a days that isn’t trying to get a mark up profit from you. The HVAC industry is especially notorious for this. Gave a 3 because she was nice on the phone.

Don't go anywhere else! Quality doesn't cost extra and their technicians are all competent, friendly and on-time. I 've used these great folks since 2005 for complete new house install, furnace replacement, A/C replacement, complete furnace and A/C replacement and commercial HVAC install. In 2022 I replaced the 20 year old furnace and A/C in my home with the high efficiency A/C unit and incredibly, my electric bill dropped 50%! The new unit runs at variable speeds reducing the on/off cycling and the entire house is much more comfortable with even temperature throughout enabling me to set the temperature several degrees higher. I recently built a second home and had another great Beckwith system installed--super service and fair price. I'm a retired contractor so I know of what I speak.

We scheduled a tune-up and maintenance for our furnace. The technician, Antonio, was on time, professional, explained what he performed and our furnace has been working better since his work was performed. The staff accommodated several scheduling changes for us and we were informed of the arrival ahead of time. Excellent service.

This was my first experience with this company. I was very happy and Antonio was a fantastic tech. He was thorough and took the time to explain what adjustments were needed and why. I’d definitely recommend Beckwith to anyone looking for a tune up.

I have used Beckwith for over 20 years and they are awesome. They maintained my old furnace when I moved into this hours back in 2000 and installed a new furnace in 2012 and have maintained it. They have great service and I will be having them replace my old whole house A/C soon. Thanks Beckwith.

Always honest and well priced. I recently needed a new furnace and was quoted for one. When I informed Dave that I will likely be moving within a year or two, he quoted me a different furnace that saved me nearly $1000. He stated the only difference between the two is the original came with a 10 year warranty, but since the warranties do not transfer, there was no need to pay for a furnace with a 10 year warranty. While I had enough space heaters and told them I did not need any, they still dropped some off until they were able to install the new furnace, which they did within 48 hours of my original service call.

My family and I have relied on Beckwith for well over a decade and I feel fortunate to have found such a trustworthy and reliable company.

We have used Beckwith in the past at our old house and just had to call on them again at our new home. Their prompt response and professionalism is unmatched. The techs are always friendly, courteous, honest and fair. They explain all options and all parts of the process. I have never felt as though they were trying to up-sell or talk us into anything extra. They took my family's needs into consideration and for that I am extremely grateful. We will continue to use Beckwith for all future needs.

I'm very happy with their service. Their techs are willing to explain everything they are doing during a tune up and offer suggestions for maintenance.
This year I had my furnace break down and they were able to come repair it, less than 12 hours after I called, at a shockingly low price.

My first experience was when Technician Adam came out and got my old AC unit working again, and then DJ and Ted were just here yesterday installing my new HVAC system. All three were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and considerate. They took extra care to protect the new carpeting in my finished basement, which I greatly appreciate. These young men even impressed my neighbors - who went out of their way to tell me what a great job they did installing the new AC unit outside and how polite the crew was. Very well run, professional business!

Purchased a water heater, Bruce was great during the sales process, then Mark came in and was as professional as can be! Scheduled quick, great competitive pricing and they did great work, mindful of the cleanliness of the house. Quick installation and followed up with what their daily schedule was incase we ran into any issues!

Very professionally run business! They dispatched Dave to come out and check out my AC unit. Dave was professional, courteous, and blunt (which I admired). He got straight to the point, told me what was wrong, and wasted no time in fixing it. An issue arose after he left, and he was back the very next business day to fix it at no charge. I really appreciate the quick response from the company and from Dave. This is the 2nd year I've used Beckwith and I do not think I'll ever use another company.

My furnace would not light. I called and they came out the next day. Now bear in mind my furnace was 31 years old. So a new furnace was needed. Less than two days later I had a new furnace put in. It was awesome. Thank you Beckwith for responding so quickly.

Excellent service coupled with proven, no-nonsense experience. My AC (Amana) unit was accurately diagnosed and serviced in the same day...same morning as my customer call requesting help. I had my furnace stop last night. Called today. They came in a few hours. Got it running. Matthew did a great job I asked him a ton questions while he was figuring it out. I wanted to understand how it worked. I will absolutely call them again. They did a great job I appreciate that. If you have a repair or something with your furnace or air call these guys first. Please. They are honest and I appreciate that. It was a simple fix that was all it was . But something I had no clue about. Thank you for being honest about it.

I had EOF install a new A/C unit today. Derek and Collin showed up on time.Collin worked on the outside while Derek worked on the inside.Both were very professional, answered all my questions and tested the equipment before they left and cleaned up after the job was done.

This place is amazing. They worked me in for an emergency repair, have always done good work for us They are friendly, knowledgable, and on time. They even work with our home warranty company.

Had East Ohio Furnace work on a warranty issue. They were out within a day of our call. Everything was working fine when they left.

This company has been to my house approximately 8 times to repair my furnace. Surprisingly it's still not working properly and a new part was allegedly ordered almost a month ago, and I still have not heard back from them. Terrible company!

They had some of the best prices on new furnaces, along with qualified personnel. This is an old Akron based company. Give them a call if you are looking to replace or have an older system that needs maintenance.
