I recently had East Ohio Furnace come out because my furnace stopped working. I called and a technician was at my house within 3 hours. The technician, Matt, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was efficient and honest. Price was very reasonable. I am very satisfied and will not hesitate to use them if/when I have future issues.

What a wonderful company and an even better technician. Matt is absolutely phenomenal. He was informative, professional and knowledgeable about his trade. He listened, explained and was extremely polite. Our gas furnace started blowing off again, on again cool air. This was through our warranty company and East Ohio responded and had someone out in less than 24 hours. Furnace was fixed by wonderful Matt and he told me what to do if I encounter future problems! Great company and Matt is even better! Thanks East Ohio and Matt!

Hybrid Heating and Cooling recently replaced our entire HVAC system in our home. Their communication was prompt and clear. The team who installed our system was very professional, efficient and respectful. I would highly recommend Hybrid.

They came on time and were very pleasant and professional. They installed my new air conditioner and were kind enough to fix an airflow problem I had with my furnace. They cleaned everything up and I would recommend them to anyone needing any service they provide.

Steve really went the extra mile to help us. He utilized his tools to diagnose and pinpoint our issue. He patched us up to get us by until we are in a better position to replace the unit. Steve of Hybrid heating and Cooling has my trust 100%

Called at 8, service man was here in 20 minutes. He fixed my central air within the hour. I am very happy. My home is nice and cool, and the price was very reasonable. He was professional, knowledgeable, and I highly recommend this company.

We called them in the afternoon on May 21st. after another company that we had an appointment with cancelled on us. Marcus arrived at the time he had stated and diagnosed the problem with our a/c and had it fixed in 24 minutes. He answered all of our questions and was professional. Thanks very much for the great service and for helping us to salvage what was left of our wedding anniversary!

Very polite and knowledgeable about the product. He fixed our issue within a reasonable time. We would recommend him for any pool heat pump repairs.

I was told I wouldn’t be able to be seen until tomorrow but your guys were here today and fixed the problem quickly. Steve is great. Second time he has been to my house. Once for heating and now for cooling. He knows his stuff and explains the problem and how he is going to fix it.

This company “repaired my water tank” two years ago saying the thermal coupler was bad and that cost $450 I ended up paying the amount for the guy to fix it walk out and break again then they tell me oh yea you need a new water tank that’ll be $1400 keep in mind they just “fixed” my water tank didn’t offer to give a discount or anything considering the fact they just told me it was fixed..2 years later I try and give them the benefit of the doubt I call them in regards to my water tank going out.. they tell me it’s covered under warranty but will cost me about $330 because this thermal coupler is bad?? On a not even 2 year old tank…. I called another company they find out it’s water in the gas line… this place seems to not know how to diagnose issues and just want some money. The only reason why it’s 2 stars is because of the two gentlemen who came to check the water tank were very professional

They responded very fast and the tech that came out was very professional and friendly, answered all my questions and even did a couple of other things to make sure everything was performing properly. I will definitely use them again if anything is needed in the future.

I am so pleased with Hybrid. I called first thing in the morning on the hottest day of the year hoping I could have someone come out in a few days. Steve arrived just a few hours later! He quickly diagnosed the problem with my A/C unit and had the compressor replaced within a few minutes. Steve was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Hybrid to anyone in need of HVAC repair!

Our furnace and A/C units went out together, and both were very old. We knew we would need to replace them, and Brian from Hybrid came out the same day, walked me through what we would need, with several options. I appreciated that he didn't try to pressure me into any specific unit. He clearly explained what my options were and how each option would suit our needs. Once we made our decision, the units were ordered and we were on their schedule within a matter of days. The team who installed the units were timely, quiet, very communicative, and neat and tidy. I felt comfortable from start to finish. Thanks, Brian, Brandon, and George, for getting us all set up before the cold air kicked in!

Called them out to fix a "loose gas" pipe that another heating company had failed to tighten when install my furnace when they completed what they called "done".

They did a great job explaining the issue and the fix along with walking through my unit's proper service ability and how to keep it up to date myself.

They went the extra mile and installed my Ecobee thermostat as well. I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC help.

Steve has come out for the past 7 years to maintain our heating and cooling system. He has been friendly and professional. He knowledgeable with any questions. The price is affordable. I would recommend anyone with their services.

Second time dealing with them (once for the furnace, and once for the a/c). Both times they’ve came out the same day we’ve called, and have been punctual and fixed the problem, going the extra mile each time. Highly recommend.

I had hybrid replace my water heaters and they were fantastic! They show up on time, get the job done and do great work! I recommend them to anyone that needs work done of their furnance or water heaters!!!

We had an old furnace that stopped working over the weekend. I was referred to Hybrid Heating and Cooling by multiple people. I couldn't be happier with the process from beginning to end. I called Hybrid at 8am Monday morning and by 9am a tech was at my house assessing the damage. He showed me what was wrong and I was then contacted by the owner within an hour. He emailed multiple options to choose from. The following day (Tuesday) a crew was at my home by 9am replacing my furnace with a new efficient one. Every employee I interacted with was beyond pleasant. All of my questions were answered and I couldn't be happier with the end result. I highly recommend Hybrid Heating and Cooling and would give them 10 stars if I could. If you use a different company, you're doing it wrong.

Amazing experience. When I received a furnace inspection from another company first, to determine why my furnace wasn't working. They determined my whole HVAC needed replaced. I called Hybrid for a second opinion. They came out and did a full inspection to discover my system didn't need replaced, it was just a pressure switch that needed replaced. Great customer service, excellent communication throughout the entire process.
