Had an issue with my furnace not getting up to temperature, they came out same day and fixed the problem right away. So nice, extremely responsive and great price! Will definitely use again if any issues arise in the future.

Decided to bite the bullet and replace my 20 year old AC and furnace before it broke down again. Got multiple bids and Hybrid came in at a very reasonable price for the models and high efficiency that I wanted. Brian gave me bids quickly and everything was ordered and installed within a week. Dan and Shane did a great job with the install. My home is much more comfortable all day, more consistent temperatures throughout the day, and no more hot spots upstairs. Would definitely recommend Hybrid Heating and Cooling.

When my furnace quit working on Christmas Eve day when it was below zero outside, they called in extra staff to to handle the huge number of calls they were getting and were able to get someone out to look at our furnace within an hour or two. They quickly identified out problem and were able to get it fixed (luckily without any parts since the parts stores were all closed). They literally saved our family Christmas celebration. I can't thank them and recommend them enough for their dedication to helping out. For weekend/holiday emergency service, their cost was quite reasonable as well.

I called Hybrid because my air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. I didn't expect to hear from them until the next day, but Corey from Hybrid called me back the same day. Within 10 minutes he was at my house, figured out what the problem was and fixed it within an hour. So glad I called Hybrid and recommend that others do as well.

We had to replace our furnace and air conditioner. We called Hybrid on the recommendation of a family member. One of the owners came to our home and suggested what would work best for us. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything so we had no trouble understanding the details. And the price was very reasonable. The 2 gentlemen who installed both were courteous and professional and the whole job was completed in 1 day. I would highly recommend Hybrid Heating and Cooling. Our experience was absolutely great!

Excelllent company! They came to my house and checked on the furnace, noticing that there was a problem and had to turn it off. They provided us with temporary heaters while the furnace was not working. I greatly appreciate their assistance during the winter season! Definitely recommened!

We took our time to research the products quoted, and when compared to other sources there was no question Hybrid was offering the best product and price. Great about Q&A, easy to work with, friendly and helpful installers, and great custom service.

Prompt, professional and honest. Our blower in our furnace went out over Labor Day weekend, so no a/c during back to back 90 degree days. They were out to inspect Tuesday first thing in the morning and had a brand new furnace installed by Wednesday afternoon. All the techs were great and did a fantastic job, Brian was fantastic at explaining our options and making sure we made the best choice for our home. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Our air conditioner stopped working on a 90 degree summer day. Our house was 78 degrees. I called Hybrid and they were able to get someone out the next day to look at it. Within 24 hours, Trevor stopped out to take a look at our AC unit. Trevor was wonderful! He was very professional, efficient, and thorough. He clearly explained the issue to us and checked our freon. Their pricing is very reasonable and they truly work to resolve the issue! I would highly recommend Hybrid to my friends and family!

Called after hrs bc my furnace stopped working and we have a 3 mnth old so had to have heat. Guy came out on o.t. hrs and was here for 30 mins to tell me i needed a new circuit board. 120 bucks for that 30 mins and if i wanted it fixed right then and there it would be another 75 bucks to open the shop up and get the circuit board on top of the 120 and the 380 for the board. I opted to wait for morning and have them fix it on regular time. They came first thing in the morning and fixed my furnace in bout an hr. Guys were both super nice and professional. I would recommend trying to call a couple other places if you have an emergency after hours first unless your pockets are deep. Other than the pricey service they were very fast and courteous. I know its just business but they could def do without the 75 buck "open the shop up to get a part" fee. My total after opting to have it done the next day was 503 bucks. I would highly recommend these guys on regular business hrs bc they are knowledgable and courteous, just wouldn’t recommend if u have an emergency after hrs.

I had a great experience with Hybrid Heating & Cooling. I own a business and have a large commercial roof unit that I was having trouble with. I had 3 other companies come out here and told me I needed to replace my unit. Their estimates for a replacement unit put me in tears! I was recommended to Hybrid from a friend of mine. I called them and they came right out and were able to troubleshoot my issue and fix it!! They were prompt, knowledgeable and very friendly. I ended up sending them to my Mom's house to install a new furnace for her because I liked them so much!! They are great people to work with. I highly recommend them!!
