We first used East Ohio Furnace 30 years ago when we swapped out our old gravity heating system and installed a gas furnace and air-conditioning unit.

Last week our furnace let us know that certain death was eminent, so we didn't hesitate to contact them for the replacement. The installers arrived on-time and could not have been more professional and courteous. The prices were incredibly reasonable for the amount of work they did. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere, give these guys a call first. Just a top-notch company!

They were able to get me 3 days sooner than original appointment. David was was great and worked quickly and got my AC working 💪🏾

Twice a year our company is required to service our Heating & Cooling. The job is always done thoroughly! Adding picture of tube heater diagnostic checkup.

Technician on first visit for central air conditioner informed me because I had “no leak” done last time, legally not allowed to do it again. The unit was a 1996 model. The solution was to get a new one. Because I have HSA home warranty, had to wait a couple weeks for them to supply East Ohio Furnace with the new air conditioner and necessary parts for the furnace.

I called and was told everything was there and scheduled for the same week. They came and replaced with the new unit, parts for the furnace and also replaced the tubing, etc. that went into the house. The technicians were very thorough. I am happy that it was installed before the upcoming heat wave. Thanks 😊

Fantastic company to work with. They are very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Helped us with a furnace warranty issue and we are now being refunded from the manufacturer. Highly recommend!

I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because Chris, the gentleman who answers the phone, was a pleasure to deal with—friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my negative experience stems from the gentleman who handles insurance claims.

They work with American Home Shield (AHS), and my total out-of-pocket expenses (beyond what insurance covered) ended up being higher than quotes I received from other companies, which also included the furnace! I believe AHS doesn’t pay contractors well, so the costs seem inflated elsewhere to make up for it.

The quote I received was vague—just an email with a total and no explanation or breakdown of costs. When I reached out for clarification and later informed them I would not be using their services, I received no response at all.

As someone in sales, I know this isn’t the type of customer service that builds trust or encourages repeat business. I wouldn’t recommend working with them based on my experience.

I've dealt with this company for more than 40 Years, first with the owner David and now Nathan his son. So many companies are not family-owned but they've been bought by huge corporations buying their family names, but East Ohio furnace is family-owned and they are veryHONREST I highly recommend them!

These guys are top of the line..Trent came out to inspect my boiler which was leaking like a sieve. Had them install a new boiler..Tracy and crew were on time friendly, cleaned up and did an excellent job..Checked the entire system before they departed...

Had my AC unit quit working last night and these guys had a technician out the same day I called in for a work order. Alex was my technician today and he was professional and very knowledgeable about his field. Figured out my problem in no time and got the system back up and running. Thoroughly checked the rest of the central air system and everything was in the optimum value ranges on his test meters so all is good.
I have had work done by other HVAC companies and these guys stand out from and above the rest from my experience! Highly recommend them for anyone seeking a reputable local company that's true strength is with their knowledgeable field techs and their can do attitude!

My furnace suddenly stopped working yesterday. East Ohio Furnace came out within an hour of calling. The technician, Alex, could not have been nicer. He quickly diagnosed the issue, got the part from the shop, and replaced the faulty motor. He also made sure the furnace was running within spec. Absolute best experience. Cannot recommend more. Had a technician named Alex come out to service my furnace (‘tis the season!) and he was awesome! I just bought my first house last year and this was the first time getting this done and he explained everything I needed to know, gave great advice, and overall provided a great experience. I’ll be asking for Alex next time because I know I’ll be in good hands. In general, this company has never steered me wrong. I recently scheduled seasonal maintenance for my air conditioning unit with East Ohio Furnace, and I couldn't be more pleased. Matt arrived right on time and was professional, knowledgeable, and personable throughout the visit. He thoroughly evaluated, cleaned, and tested the unit to ensure everything was running smoothly. East Ohio Furnace was dispatched by our home warranty when our AC died during a heat wave. They got a tech to the house ASAP, which due to the heat wave was a few days out, but still within days of our call. The tech arrived right on time, communication was fantastic and he even had the motor our unit needed on hand! We were expecting to need a second visit with parts, but he had us up and running within an hour. Tech even checked the condenser to make sure we had no additional problems. We are SO pleased!

East Ohio Furnace Co. was chosen for my repair by my home warranty company, but I would choose them again in a heartbeat! From the start, communication was great. With my request being put in on a weekend, they called early on Monday to set up my appointment. I got a confirmation text once my appointment was set. They called about 30 min prior to arriving at my house and arrived early within my appointment window. Our mechanic, Alex, was very friendly, very thorough, and did a great job explaining what was wrong in a way I could understand. He made our repair quickly and efficiently and even took his shoes off any time he needed to come inside. I would highly recommend East Ohio Furnace Co.

called them out for a warranty issue that Apollo said that we had with our furnace. Matt was amazing. Explained everything took pictures eased our worries. We did not need a new furnace system. Showed where areas had never been cleaned even though they stated that they were. Never using Apollo again! 10/10 highly recommend East Ohio furnace company!

My furnace went out during the coldest week we’ve had. Called HomeServe (my ins co thru Enbridge) and they dispatched East Ohio Furnace. Dave came out and quickly diagnosed the issue (blower motor) and ran and got one from the shop and within an hour I had heat. He was quick, efficient, and knew his stuff. Never tried to sell me on a new furnace (mine is OLD) but when the time comes, I’ll definitely give them a call.
