I called Clark plumbing on Monday and spoke to Sean, on Tuesday the job was finished. Kevin came out and replaced two bathroom faucets, He was very professional and even cleaned up after himself.

I disagree with the comment below, when I read it I just had to set things right!
I have used Clark Plumbing for several years now and they have always been very helpful and knowledgeable. They are a family company, not a big cooperate company, and I like that. I recommend this company to anyone needing its services.

A while back I had Clark Plumbing come out and replace two water sigots; one in the garage and one on the side of the house. They sent out an amatuer who barely had a clue and created a mess. It was an unbelievable rig that has leaked since. Called the owner who said he would send someone out, but never did after a year. Fixed one myself which is what I should have done in the first place. Will get to the other soon. Some years ago, they used to be pretty good. Not sure what happened, but their reputation has suffered both residentially and commercially. With all the competition out their, I would step it up a bit real soon.

My home warranty sent these guys to my home to take a look at a leaking water heater. Luckily, the tank was covered. The gentleman that was sent to my home was very professional and did fantastic work. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber.

This company is a JOKE! The man who does the scheduling did not get back to me with a phone call after he promised he would. So, I delayed calling another plumber out of courtesy, after hours of waiting I called back and spoke with a woman who said he was out to lunch, so I left another message with her to have him call me. She also promised a prompt response. Nothing again! Left with a pipe leaking at the start of the weekend. Avoid Clark Plumbing. Very unprofessional!

Good experience with water heater replacement. Very fair price and plumber didn't try and upsell me into unnecessary work. Sean worked with me over phone to troubleshoot before sending a plumber. Everything they told me about element corrosion on my unit I verified separately, in my experience very trustworthy, focused on fixing problem not selling more once they were in my house. I had a much better experience working with them as a sm business than I'd had with larger chains.

Great company! My AC went out at 10:00 in the morning and they had it running by 1:00 in the afternoon. It was a great experience and couldn't have asked for better service. The plumber showed up on time and was very nice. After the job was done, he did a great job cleaning up after himself. I will definitely be using them again in the future and would refer them to anybody in need of a plumber.

POOR SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION. Clark Plumbing was assigned as the service provider for my water heater on 1/11 by HMS, my home warranty company. I called Clark on 1/12 and spoke to Shawn. He said they couldn't get anyone out before 1/15. An appointment was set on that day at 8:30 am. On 1/15, the repairman didn't arrive until 10:40 am. It was determined that I needed a new assembly, and Clark would contact HMS for approval. Once approved, Clark would call me back to schedule the installation appointment. THEY NEVER CALLED HMS. HMS and I have contacted Clark repeatedly and haven't received a response from them in over a week.

We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom, which is a major problem. The plumber came out and gave a very reasonable estimate for fixing what turned out to be 2 leaks, so we let them do the work. The work required cutting into the ceiling and the mess was adequately cleaned up and the job came in on the estimate.

After having a decent experience with this company the first time we called them to repair our water tank. They told us they should be able to squeeze us in the next day. That didn't happen. Then they cancelled the appointment for the following day. I refuse to go 4 days without hot water so I told them to stick it and went with another company who showed up that night.

I've used this company many times for multiple services at my business. They've serviced my heating units, and fixed my toilets and urinal on more than one occasion, and fixed my showers and sinks. The staff is friendly, they explain things clearly, and are quick to get someone to do the job. Kevin does a great job each time he's here.

Well on July 17th 2024 we had them install a water pressure tank. We always try and use local, but now we rethink that. That was a Wednesday and on Saturday morning, once again no water Called them back and their answering machine never states they only operate M-F till 5 and are closed Sat and Sun. Waited waited no return of my call-I had to call in Roto-Router and they came in and said the switch was sticking and it was new and should be under warranty. But showed me how I could flip the switch with a screw driver till it was replaced. The owner man called on Monday : ( Well today August 14th-they say when they installed the tank they never replaced the switch-WHAT?????? Now they want a additional almost $200.!!!! So whatever with the cost of everything make sure you know what was and wasn't replaced. And make sure that they can come back to fix whatever isn't working. Sure looks like a new switch to us as it did the Roto Router man. My advise-Make everything they do be in writing and for me the local plumber no longer is a option for us

Every few years I have to get my toilet reset and the wax ring replaced. I have always used ABC for all my needs over the years so I pulled out my receipt from them from 2022, called and they wanted $90 more than just 3 years ago. I get inflation but that was outrageous.

So I called Clark and got a quote for almost $100 less.

They showed up on time, were professional, and took some time to look at a few other things. They also honored their phone quote! I will definitely be switching to them for all my future plumbing needs and giving their HVAC services a try.
