Best Energy , the company name doesn't do them justice, from servicing our system and finding an issue and installing a new HVAC system was professional and quick. Our installer was stellar and everyone in the office was so professional and kind. We highly recommend them, Best has a costumer for life.

Matthew was an exceptional technician. It was an emergency service call and he was timely, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They swindled my 87 year old grandpa! They were here for 20min tops and charged him for an 1.5hr. All the man did was buff a part of the furnace and placed the old part back in. The service guys name is Tony Ott. Don’t get me wrong, it was an off hours call, but he over charged him for sure! Never again, won’t recommend! It is 198/hr and charged him 297. I can see maybe charging an hour to make it worth your time but buffing a part with a piece of sandpaper and putting it back in the furnace is not an hour and a half job!

10/10! Our furnace died overnight. Best Energy sent Kendrick to my home 1.5 hours after I called them. He was polite, explained our problem, and had our furnace repaired in less than an hour. The charge was reasonable. This was the best experience I have ever had with an hvac company. Thanks Best Energy!
