Horrible, they put our heating & cooling into to our brand new house six years ago and have had nothing but continued problems - first with the heating, then all the thermostats & this past year with the cooling. Will never use them again.

What a great company. Because of Air Comfort Inc. we made it through one of the hottest summers on record comfortably.They check our units every Spring and Fall and I wouldn't trust anyone else!

Air Comfort furnance repair person, Shilo, was great. He knew his stuff. He explained what issues he found, what he fixed and cleaned and spent the time doing these things. He also dropped off some quotes as he said he would but with no pressure. Would recommend Shilo and Air Comfort

I called Air Comfort to come out and service my Mom and Dad’s furnace. They came out in a timely manner and the service man was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely call them again, and recommend them to friends and family.

I contacted Air Comfort when my AC stopped working this summer. They came out and diagnosed my AC unit with a leak. They proceeded to put 2 pounds of R22 ($220 extra) into my unit....not informing me that I ran the risk of it lasting a very short time. Two weeks later my AC was blowing warm air. I asked for a refund of half of the R22 that they used and was denied. Poor business practice and lack of communication! I would not recommend Air Comfort.

Air Comfort installed our Bryant furnace 30 years ago and is still working great. Just had them install central air. Did a great job. Very professional good install.

Great company! They always do their best to get to you ASAP. Reasonable rates. Wonderful communication. Decades of experience. They truly care about their customers.

I purchased a Bryant Evolution 95% efficient furnace and air conditioner from Air Comfort in 2010. The initial purchase was close to $10,000. Within the first 3 months after the installation was completed, we had several issues. The ducting attached to the furnace kept freezing over. After 5 visits, they appeared to have fixed the problem. The issue did not reoccur.
About 4 years later, I had another Bryant certified installer come to the house for maintenance on the furnace and learned that Air Comfort had installed a module to bypass the full functionality of the furnace I purchased.
Today the furnace stop working, the blower module went bad. No big deal because it's under warranty. Oh wait, Air Comfort sold me a unit that was represented as a new unit, but had been sitting in their warehouse for several years. The unit sold is currently a 10 year old furnace, but I purchased it new in 2010. This is probably one of the most corrupt companies I have ever dealt with. Stay away.

I am now having to look into seeing if Bryant will still cover the unit to get the full warranty out of a furnace that should only be 5 years old. Thanks Air Comfort for stealing five years of warranty out from a hard working family. Hope you can sleep at night.

My elderly mother was floored by the estimate to repair her "faulty" HVAC system upon a routine inspection by Blind & Sons. I told her to call Air Comfort. All she needed was a thorough cleaning of the furnace and it was running just fine. Add trustworthy to the list of accolades for Air Comfort. Thank you....

We had our furnace gas valve fail yesterday. Tom Mumma was able to find a replacement valve and had a technician at our house this morning. That was great service!

Especially after another hvac firm told us the valve was only available at almost 3 times the cost of our repair cost with Air Comfort and suggested we purchase a new furnace. WOW!

We were most impressed with the expertise and professionalism of this company. Our old Carrier AC broke down 10 days after the 10 year warranty was up. The first company we called out could not fix it and recommended a new unit. I had observed the technician while he was attempting to repair the unit and did not have a lot of confidence in his diagnosis. I called out Air Comfort next and their tech had the unit operating again in under 5 minutes. It worked great for a couple more years and then when we started to have an issue again, we ultimately decided to purchase a new Carrier AC from Air Comfort. They gave us a great price and warranty and we could not be more satisfied with this company.

I had Air Comfort install a whole house humidifier to add more moister within my home and they did a great job. My daughter would get nose bleeds due to the dry air and since they came out and installed the unit, she has not had one since. Thank you Ted and your crew for great service.

Called Air Comfort around 9 AM after waking up to no heat. To my surprise, they were out in about 5 hours despite being very busy. Alex, the technician, was polite and professional in repairing my furnace quickly and saved me money as well as the failed part was still under warrantee, which I didn't know. I wish all companies were as honest and efficient as Air Comfort.

I’ve used Air Comfort for over ten years. They’re always responsive and provide great service. They came out on a couple of occasions when my furnace decided to stop working when temperatures were extremely low. They were at the house within two hours of my call.

A few years ago, they installed a high efficiency furnace and AC unit and it works great. Installation took one day. The price was extremely reasonable.

When our water heater died, they were able to come out and install a new one same day.

The office people are always professional and helpful. AND they always answer the phone. These days that’s a big plus. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Air Comfort.

I called Air Comfort on a Friday morning, Debbie, understood the urgency of my call; No Cooling and I was hosting a party on Saturday. Technicians arrived hours later and repaired the A/C system. With Reasonable cost, and time to spare.
