Our AC suddenly stopped and Mitchell was dispatched by Mary Ann to our Akron home within two hours. He assessed four problem areas that needed new parts due to a storm surge. He was professional and very reassuring. His final bill was even a few dollars less than the original estimate despite the fact he left to go buy needed parts. Mitchell saved the day right before the Fourth of July weekend with extra family already on their way! So thankful!

Mitchell did a great job for us. He was on time and upbeat and quickly went to work to analyze our problem. He was thorough in his explanation of the problem and fortunately it did not turn out to be a major overhaul. I will definitely use ENG for future work and hope Mitchell will return as our repair person.

I had both my air conditioner and furnace replaced by ENG yesterday and I had an excellent experience. Todd and Brad worked all day with efficiency and professionalism. They did the job in the time period described and put everything back in its place once they were finished Todd explained everything I needed to know about the new equipment and left us feeling confident that they are good service would continue if needed in the future.

I have a new heating & cooling system purchased and installed by ENG Heating & Cooling. When I turned on my air conditioner this year, my Nest thermostat suddenly stopped working. I called and Mitchell came out the next day. He was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was. He was polite, respectful and even wore shoe covers to protect my carpet! I am very thankful that Mitchell was so quick and efficient. I highly recommend ENG Heating and Cooling!

Mitchell was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! On a routine maintenance visit today he took time to explain the need for an AC replacement part as well as answering other service-related questions. We have had our heating and air conditioning needs serviced first by Lagani Heating & Air Conditioning, and then following the merger with ENG Heating and Air Conditioning, for a total of 13 years. We have always received exceptional service and never had a complaint. We would highly recommended this company!

Mitchell came to my home to service my furnace and a/c unit. He was very polite and found a few issues that needed attention. He was clean, and also cleaned things when he finished. I’ll ask that he come next year to do the same inspection/service.

Our HVAC is under warranty. Called on Thursday afternoon and Jeff arrived on time FRIDAY a m. Heat distribution was off and needed redirected. He accomplished that and installed a new filter. Operating terrific! And Jeff was full of good ideas on keeping expense down. He was a joy to work with. Thank you.

Wow! We have a complex crown boiler
For our 6000 square foot log cabin. Soft lockout code on Monday before thanksgiving. I contacted ENG Sunday evening. Was immediately advised my normal technician was out of town but the owner Doug would diagnose Monday. Monday 8am they were at my home and over the next two days. They ordered parts, got it going until they arrived and kept me informed all along the way. Anymore it seems hard to get a phone call back…. Or if you do call a human to answer. NOT at ENG. They left messages. Sent texts. Even called after hours to check if all was running as expected until the new parts arrived. Proactive and prompt communication. Excellent service and a very reasonable cost. Doug is running a top notch HVAC firm that is servicing both residential and commercial clients!!!! Trust him and his team with your business and home. They deliver even when it is a short holiday week!!

Mitchell came to our home twice this winter. Once to service our furnace and again to inspect a concern we had with our humidifier. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable and took his time to make sure everything was working properly. We know our family is in good hands with ENG!
