I had a great experience working with Parker, Paul and the rest of their executive team when they acquired a business I was representing as a business broker. We agreed to the terms of the deal in early February 2020, before COVID-19. They never waivered in their commitment to purchase the landscaping business and we closed the deal on March 31st, as agreed upon in purchase agreement.
