Ground Pro did an excellent job on our lawn and Garden Maintenance here at the Akron Art Museum. Very professional and punctual jobs to satisfaction everytime. Highly recommend using them for your garden/lawn care needs.

Ground Pro is very conscientious and does an excellent job. They are very responsive to special requests. Special shout out to Karen Witherspoon who schedules things in the office and Chris Gray who oversees all the work performed!

It’s one thing to drive like a jerk, but you really need to have some idiots working for you to drive like a jerk in a commercial vehicle with your companies logo plastered on the side.

This morning I encountered not one but two groundpro trucks on route eight N. and 271 clearly disregarding any rules of the road. Speeding, tailgating, passing on the right, and ignoring all signs of lane ending and waiting until the very last second to merge so you can skip a couple cars in traffic.

If anybody on the road should be driving like a Grampa re-taking their drivers test, it should be commercial trucks hauling trailers loaded down with equipment. Simply put, it’s unprofessional, and dangerous.

Be better.

Ground Pro is a great company. They handle all the lawn and snow removal from my commercial properties. Properties always look great and snow free. One less thing I need to worry about.

Ground Pro serviced my lawn and landscaping in 2019 and was better than any service I’ve ever experienced. Toward the end of the season I hired them to build an outdoor kitchen with built-in grill, smoker (BGE) and wood-fired pizza oven. Their quality of work is absolutely perfection. Ground Pro was not the lowest bidding contractor out there—but for a very obvious reason. They are simply the best.

Ground Pro does the lawn care for the townhomes I live in and I am continuously impressed with their attention to detail and care. The lawn is always even and well groomed with precision, the lines are straight and the sidewalks are kept clean. While walking around the neighborhood the other day i was so astounded by the difference in cleanliness of our sidewalks vs the rest of the neighborhood i just had to leave a review! First impressions are made from outside as well as inside a place of business. Ground Pro keeps the outside of our business neat and inviting. I appreciate their dependability and quality of work.

I used Ground Pro for a one time lawn cutting when my mower was down, and to trim my bushes. The lawn mowing crew did a nice job, but they were hispanic and could not speak English, which complicated things. The tree trimming staff did nice work, but moved very slowly. I was being charged an hourly rate for both, and while I was happy with the work that was done, the cost was much higher than what I feel it should have been. Additionally, the initial charges were for a higher number of hours than were actually worked, so I had to have the charges revised to reflect the hours more accurately. I wouldn't use them again.

This was our first dealing with Ground Pro. We hired them on a friend's recommendation. They did a wonderful job for us on our trees and leaves and we can highly recommend them. We'll have them back in the spring for clean up and next fall. Great to deal with.

Ground Pro is by far one of the most professional and knowledgeable landscaping companies in the area. Their response time is better than any I have experienced and they follow through on what they say they will. So many companies lack the professionalism and accountability I have experienced with Ground Pro.

I also can not speak highly enough about there VP of Operations Chris Gray. Chris is always available and willing to answer questions and even stops by from time to time to look things over. They definitely pay attention to details, very happy with their service.

We have our lawn mowing service through Ground Pro for our home, and we are very happy with their services. The crew is punctual and professional, reliable and they do a great job with mowing and taking care of hard-to-reach parts of the lawn. Paul is very responsive in communicating back, and he keeps us in the loop about changes in schedules during wet weather via emails. Since we were happy with their services, we also signed up my parents with them. You want to deal with professional and personable folks when it comes to work done on your property, and I would not hesitate recommending Ground Pro for their services.

We have been using Ground Pro for a few years now. Their staff is helpful. The lawn crew is polite and friendly, and they always do a nice job. They ALWAYS shut the gate so our dog doesn’t get out. One huge advantage is the winter contract; they plow our drive when the snow is deep enough. This has been a huge help as we’ve gotten some very deep snow a few times. Their prices are comparable to other companies, but the service is better.

The team was on time, efficient, and very friendly! They took the time to show me different ways to landscape the new boxwoods (I went with their suggestion!) and also gave me some information on some other plants we had and how to care for them this season. Awesome company to work with!
