From the start, they took the time to listen to what I was looking for, understand my specific needs, and provide a quote that was both fair and reasonable. The level of service I received during the first session was nothing short of amazing. They approached the job with professionalism and a true passion for what they do.

I have used Ground Pro's services and was pretty satisfied until they caused some significant damage to my lawn and never made an attempt to correct it. They left a large trail zigzaged in my backyard that could be seen from Google maps. They sent someone out to investigate the matter but never did a follow-up. I ended up contracting with another company because Ground Pro was very unprofessional and unresponsive to the situation. Ground Pro is an irresponsible company and I would not recommend their services.

installed a patio, walls are leaning and patio sinking. Inexperienced help did a terrible job and John won't take responsibility.

Had an appointment to turn on my irrigation today, they were to call with an estimated time beforehand, they did not call yesterday or this morning so I called them and John answered "Oh, all appointments were cancelled today due to rain", I guess irrigation specialists cannot get wet. Had I not called I would have stayed home all day waiting for them to show up, very poor customer service, going elsewhere now.

We needed a couple concrete slabs poured for our patio and they got the job done! They did it in a timely manner and made it look impeccable! They treat you like family! Would defenitly recommend his and hers landscaping!
