Big box store meets a garden center is how I describe Petitti's meaning good selection, the associates can direct customers to products and read the product tags, associates real experience is hit or miss, following policies are more important than customer service, and little relationship building with repeat customers. I have shopped at their different locations for several years. Their prices tend to be 10%-15% high (a manager at their Canton location confirmed this). Recently visited the new Bath / Montrose location with some questions about shrubs. Unfortunately, I was told they only have one person with shrub knowledge and he was not working and no one knew when he would be back.

I absolutely love this store! I stopped in when it first opened and have been back many times! Great selection of annuals and perennials. The staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. You also can’t compare the quality to anywhere else around!

Great service and they have the best Santa I have ever seen

Came here today was so nice they have really nice Christmas trees and decoration for the tree. They was very nice staff!!

This is the biggest pettiti I ever visited. They have such a wide selection of popular annuals and perennials as well as some unusual and exotic plants. Everything looks well taken care of, healthy , vibrant, and lush. The stuff was very helpful but not intrusive.

We were so happy when the Bath store opened and we were in for a pleasant surprise. We are seniors with mobility issues. We searched high and low for a new Christmas tree to meet our needs and finally found what we needed at Petitti's. Big decision for a number of reasons. Mr. Petitti was so kind, helpful and we must say very patient as we were trying to decide. The tree is absolutely beautiful. We did have a slight problem setting it up and called the store. Not only was Laurie helpful but she assured us she would take care of any problem we might have. It was an easy fix. The staff is always pleasant and goes out of their way to help with what we need. We also found the prices very competitive with sales and incentives. Thanks everyone. Welcome to the neighborhood!

Visited here because of their garden Center - unfortunately their plants look like they haven't been watered since they arrived in spring. Not understanding the point of selling plants if you're not going to take care of them while they're being sold? Not only are they all dead or dying they are still full price at the end of the season?? I Was going to mention it to the three or four associates standing around the front counter talking but I figured why waste my breath if they haven't noticed by now they're never going to notice or care for that matter.

Set base for my shed. Cleaned up after job was done. Nice work

I called Pinehill Landscape about a potential landscaping project, all of beds needed some serious work and I wanted some new plants put it in. Not only were all my beds reinvigorated but my entire yard looks completely uplifted with the amazing work the guys completed. I would highly recommend their service and will be going to them again for all my landscaping needs.

Graf's has the best quality plants and produce around. They are the first nursery I try for any plants.

I love going here for houseplants and some fresh produce when they have it. However recently we bought a seedless watermelon as we had done before and it wasn’t seedless.

Always helpful, always friendly. Great selection of floral products. Good produce in the summer! A local treasure.
