I found the selection was better than any other garden shop. It was laid out in a manner that allowed you to find what you wanted rather quickly.

Locally owned locally growned with master gardeners on hand. Does not matter how much time passes, the quality of their products, customer service, knowledge, remain high. Keep up the great work & thanks for the help through the years

Vary friendly and helpful staff, was even shown plants that wernt quite ready just so I could know what's coming soon. Plant prices were slightly higher than average but reasonable. Pots are overpriced in my opinion though

I have always liked going to Graf Growers to purchase plants for my flower pots and landscaping, mostly for their quality and guarantee for one year....until this season when I actually had to return a spirea plant. We had spoke to Scott Graf the weekend before by chance and didn't know who he was at the time but said we were concerned about one of the two we bought that it was dying in the center and we were just going to wait to see if it came back. He told us he would rather us wait a week and if it wasn't getting better to just bring it back. We did wait and it started looking really bad when the neighbor plant was flowering pretty purple this one wasn't and was getting worse. So took it in Sunday and some guy came to look at it and started giving me hard time about how I either let it die or watered it too much, tried to tell him the neighbor plant wasn't even 3 ft away and was doing great...then proceeded to tell me I shouldn't water them at the same time and how he's just telling me this because it's no fun for them to have plants returned. I was so frustrated by the time I left that store I may never return and start going to the growers.
The owner and other ladies at Graf have always been helpful in answering questions and giving guidance on what to plant where, but this one encounter has ruined that for us. -
Nice selection of plants and planting needs. The staff are super friendly and nice, ready to answer questions if you have any. Two cute cats lounged around the greenhouses and like a bit of attention.

Great variety of vegetables and flowers! Very cheap, but high quality.

I purchased a plant from this vendor, Graf Growers, at their mobile flower truck while it was at the Van Aken District Cleveland Flea. I purchased a string of beads and brought it home. An hour later, I decided to plant it in my succulent plant, and saw that it was covered in mealybugs. These weren't hitchhikers either, they had nymphs in their nests on the bottom of the pot too. Mealybugs can wreck plants and are very hard to control once there is an outbreak. They can spread very quickly to other plants. and they have to be thrown away if you can't delicate a lot of time to eradicating an infestation. I was so fortunate to have spotted them right before I planted them with my other plants.
I would expect for a company who over prices their plants at the very minimum to inspect their plants before they set them out for purchase. I had to run all the way back to the event to return the plant. I was also very concerned that the other string of beads weren't immediately removed for further inspection. Instead one of employees said she felt fortunate that other plants weren't stored near my infected one. There is no way the outbreak was that advanced on only my small pot crammed next to other plants. I will not make the mistake again of purchasing from Graf's Garden, at their mobile truck or storefront. -
We placed a small soil order to be delivered on Thursday. Then the 'stay at home' order was issued and our scheduled delivery was no longer possible. Graf's moved up our delivery & couldn't have been better to deal with. These guys are a fantastic local business & we'll be back as soon as possible

25-50% off of a lot of plants. The tricolor mums are a bit pricey and I’d suggest checking out Sam’s Club or Costco for a better price. Overall, Spring is the best time to shop at Graf’s, but they always have something worth buying year round.
