How do you quote a job without even looking at the yard needing mowed? I have a commercial property that has 2 small devil strips. They state they put my address in and generated an overpriced quote based on my property square footage. That has nothing to do with the amount of grass I have. She was not caring at all. Wanted me to sign an agreement for a 3 cut minimum and then tried selling all kinds of other services. Definitely won't be choosing them!

I had been struggling trying to find someone to come out to my house to cut my grass. Several other lawn care services put me as the last priority and made promises of coming but never showing up. Very disappointed. The “pro” did not finish the job on the assigned day. They mowed the front but not the back. No explanation was given. I spoke to customer service who assured me that the work would be completed on the next weather compliant day. Spoiler: it was not. Instead the so-called pro rescheduled to another day. This is unacceptable; my backyard is an absolute wreck. Customer service seems to think giving a discount and not charging until service is complete absolves responsibility and allows them to keep pulling me along. A mowed yard is what I signed up for and what I want. I do not recommend and will not be using again. I will also not recommend to others and will be reporting my experience on local, neighborhood social media pages.

Great work! Everything was edged perfectly, even areas other people usually miss. Plus the gates were carefully closed and latched, as I requested. They’re tricky, and most services leave them open rather than bother with them and then my dog gets out. All appreciated.
