Had a fun make your own terrarium class with my mom, and it was so much fun. The staff is super knowledgeable and very helpful and kind. Definitely would recommend the class. Had a bunch of cute planters, plants, and Christmas decor out.

Bad Business. Was in grafs and my bill was 145.01, I only had 145.00 in cash. Needed that 1 penny. I should have left my things on the counter and walked out. Had to run out to my car for 1 penny. Had 5 people asking me outside if i needed help. Inside no help!!!!

I have been shopping at Graf Growers for many years and have always had a positive experience. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and they are always happy to answer any questions I have about gardening or landscaping. The plants are always healthy and well-cared for, and the prices are reasonable.
In addition to their wide selection of plants, Graf Growers also offers a variety of other products and services, including:
* Fresh produce
* Mulch and soil
* Gardening tools and supplies
* Landscape design and installation
* Workshops and events
I highly recommend Graf Growers to anyone looking for a great place to buy plants, produce, and other gardening supplies. They are a one-stop shop for all of your gardening needs, and the staff is always happy to help you create a beautiful and thriving garden. -
A nursery representative asked if I needed help and answered my varied questions regarding how much sun various hydrangea require and the placement of various annuals and perennials. She was knowledgeable and professional and made our trip to their store profitable and fun!

The plant quality and selection is very extensive and great. The sales staff are very helpful and kind. But I’ve had 2 disappointments with the management. Last fall I picked out a Christmas wreath priced at $29.95. There were others like it priced similarly. There were no signs.on the wall. I was having a nice conversation with the checkout gals when I realized they were charging me individually for each decoration on the wreath so the total price was over $100.00! I asked to speak with the manager but that person just sent a message back that the larger price was final. I didn’t purchase it. I called when I got home and asked to speak with a manager. I never received a callback.
Today we went to the green house without our coupon. The only recourse offered us was to come home, get the coupon and go back. There’s something missing in a relationship when you don’t flex to help the customer have a good experience. I feel very unwilling to shop here which is disappointing. I’ve shopped here for years , even when we lived out of town. -
The absolute BEST garden center! You will receive top notch help and advice from their caring and knowledgeable staff. Don’t think twice, be a Graf’s Family!

Absolutely outstanding customer service. We had two beautiful hand painted Italian pots and wanted a special arrangement for the front of our house. Graf had the best reviews. I called and spoke to Isaac who said the could and would be happy to help with pots as I am disabled. In a little over a week we picked them up and they are beautiful. And a great value. Less than twice the price of a simple geranium basket of similar size. When we picked them up Lisa Graf the owner brought them out and helped us select some other plants for our back deck. So knowledgeable and so helpful. We’ll never go anywhere else.

Made this corner. Still working on it. But it's all Graf's plants. Some pots are from Graf's as well but not all.
Love this place all staff are sweet and ready to help you whenever you look lost! -
They have a good selection of seeds, flowers, gardening supplies, and house plants. Theres lots of helpful signs around the place that give houseplant suggestions for different circumstances. Staff are friendly and they have fresh produce during gardening season.

Great plants, service, and produce. Even picked up this beautiful bouquet. For every bouquet you buy, they donate one to a senior citizen in the area!! ❤❤❤

Graf's always has the most beautiful plants, plus we are able to support scout troops when we shop! We look forward to picking out plants every year to spruce up our yard.

Always a wonderful experience visiting here! We go as an outing whenever we feel like it just for a look around!

Helpful, friendly staff, but I came here in search of Paw Paw trees from a Google search that said they carried this type of tree.I learned from asking a staff member that they didn't have any and have never carried them. So I'm miffed with Google search but this business seems to be a lovely nursery with knowledgeable staff.

Had multiple landscaping companies give quotes. Had Grafts come out in 2022. They removed plants that were not in the list to be removed, and then replaced them with the wrong hydrangeas. Multiple plants died, they showed up unannounced to replace the plants 2 years later after I called multiple times within the first year that they died. I guess it was nice they showed up. Late is better than nothing.they didn’t put any weed barrier down and it was very expensive. I would keep shopping around if looking for landscaping companies. I will likely replace most of the plants myself.

Beautiful flowers, fresh herbs, shrubs, and the sweetest corn in the area are a hallmark of Graf Growers. The flowers and plants are healthy and well shaped. If you're looking for greenery for your home and garden, your first stop should be Graf's. If you dont see what you're looking for, ask one of the owners, Scott. He is friendly and more than willing to help. A true gem in the Akron area.

I purchased what were supposed to be 2 “Julia Rose” Itoh Peonies a few years ago.
It was the end of the season, so they let them go for 1/2 price ($50 each). I did not ask for the sale, it was offered.
Well, one bloomed last spring - come to find out it was mislabeled & is in fact a Bartzella.
I called and asked if I could switch it out, but was informed that since it was on sale - I’d have to pay the difference… that didn’t seem right to me. So I decided to just be ok with 1 Julia Rose & transplant the Bartzella else where.
Well…. My surprise when my last hope at a Julia Rose bloomed today as it did not bloom last year… It was also mislabeled as a Julia Rose, but is in fact a Cora Louise…
So both of them were mislabeled. I’m bummed that Grafs won’t let me switch them. Bc I wouldn’t have even purchased these peonies if I had known they weren’t the Julia Rose. I understand not wanting to lose revenue, but a mistake is a mistake & I would’ve liked to see it corrected properly.
Because of the way things were handled when I had called regarding the Bartzella, I was already iffy regarding returning to Grafs. But this new bloom just pushed me to no longer patronize Grafs. The way the situation was handled doesn’t sit well with me. -
My wife and I would like to thank all of you at Graf's for the wonderful job you did at our home. From Tom's great design plans to Dave and his crew that did our walkway last year, and the landscaping this year. Everyone was so professional and hard working. When I say hard working, I mean those guys were non-stop. The temps were upper 80's and low 90's and they just kept at it. Sometimes we felt like we were living the movie "The Money Pit" with two trucks of plants, two more trucks of mulch/soil, a couple personal vehicles, and 6-8 guys all busting a hump. But instead of "2 weeks", they finished in 2 days. Unbelievable! This was a large project that was done in two phases: 1) A hardscape front walk done last fall 2019, 2) the entire front and back yards of a 1/2 acre property. Graf's has a very professional team that I will always highly recommend. It was a pleasure having everyone here.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Terrific selection of houseplants and garden novelties, PLUS small farm market at the front with beautiful, ripe fruits and veggies. I spent too much $$ here (no surprise to anyone who knows me), but the plants I bought were absolutely healthy and cared for by obviously knowledgeable people.
One of the best greenhouses I've ever been to for houseplants, both rare and common. Lots of variety, lots of specimens to choose from. The plums I bought were also delicious and a good price.
I would consider driving 1.5 hours from Columbus just to visit this place again - that's the sign of a great shop to me! -
My new favorite place! Wonderful and helpful staff and selection. I will come here from now on for my garden/houseplant needs, and I only wish I’d discovered this place sooner. I really loved how they even had a labeled section of pet-friendly plants.
This place also has cats - an amazing bonus!
