Was sent out because my drain was clogged in my basement. Two gentlemen showed up spent five hours in my basement really much did not do much. I can’t honestly say what they did while they were down. There came upstairs told me they would be back tomorrow. they came back the next day spent several more hours in my basement and then came back up and said they had to go to the office and request a new machine from the Boss so they could get it And never called text. Nothing never heard back from them end up having to call somebody else to come back out to fix their mess not only did they not fix what they were coming to fix, but they also left my basement a mess. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy

I needed a completely new plumbing system for a house being renovated. Papa kicks came and evaluated the situation, let me know what could stay (saved me money) and what had to go and where leaks were. He was efficient with his team and got things done and communicated throughout the process. Would recommend.

I always use Papa Micks for plumbing issues big and small . From installation of a new water tank to replacing the water service line to the refrigerator . The team is always on time, professional, honest about what needs replaced, and gives fair pricing. In addition they clean up the service areas , dont leave it for me to clean up. Papa Micks has now come out to my house for two completely different issues. Both times they were quick to come out and very professional. The first time they came, I had first gotten a ridiculously priced quote from another company. Papa Micks not only had MUCH better pricing, but they took care of my issue very thoroughly. Had a main line blockage, tree roots. They worked around my work schedule, and resolved the problem. They were contracted by my home warranty company, and will definitely ask for them again, if I have the same problem. Great service.
