I called home serve for my furnace that was making a loud noise and had a very bad vibration. They sent out Darnell with J&J Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electric. He was on time. very polite and respectful. He explained everything well doing the job in a timely manner. If I need anything else done in the future I will recommend the same company and Darnell. I would recommend that J&J hirer more employees like Darnell

He never pushed any additional services on us but did recommend things that can be done in the future to maximize the life of our plumbing. I found their prices to be very reasonable and I greatly appreciated the text message they send with the technician’s photo profile before arriving to our home. I had a great experience with this Doug B. He installed new fixtures, repaired a pipe leak, and added a shut-off valve with a brand-new wall entry. The work was done cleanly and professionally, and everything was explained clearly along the way. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left the area tidy when finished. Everything functions perfectly now. Highly recommend for quality plumbing work!

The service tech was very nice and polite. When it comes to ordering part from their warehouse the quality of service goes down. To the point of not wanting to ever use them again. Needed a new water tank and kitchen faucet. It been almost a week since they have their money and we still waiting on “ warehouse “ for parts. This is not acceptable for the price you pay. They can’t tell u nothing when you call expect we waiting in the warehouse. Giving excuses isn’t good business practices. Fixing things in a timly matter makes good business practices. This isn’t very good. Having good communication with the warehouse and customer make good customer service.

Andrew was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He walked me through everything that he was doing and made suggestions on what would benefit me and possible future service calls. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking assistance with their plumbing needs. Thank you

Also, they explained everything as they went. Both were extremely nice and polite and did a fine job of representing your company.

J&J is amazing! Our heat went out on one of the coldest nights of the year, and they got it fixed and fixed quickly. Jake the scheduler was helpful and kind, and the after hours tech gave me tips to keep the house warm overnight since he knew he wouldn’t be able to fix it that night with the parts available to him. Darnell came bright and early in the morning and got our furnace working in under an hour. He even gave us some maintenance tips to keep our furnace running better. Great experience with J&J - if there’s and option to request a tech, I’d request Darnell - friendly, knowledgeable, and quick

Andrew O and Adam W were great to work with! They came over to snake a bathroom drain for us and were very helpful and answered all of my questions. They even took a look at another plumbing issue while they were here and made recommendations. Very pleased with my choice to call J&J!

Scott W, Ryan and Braeden ran electrical wires , put in can lights , put in new switches, and a special light in new closet, also installed new fan. They explained what they were doing and how it worked. Arrived on time. They also cleaned up very nicely when done. I would definitely hire them again.

Most recently, we had a full electrical system inspection, and it was incredibly detailed and thorough. Scott W. took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure nothing was overlooked. He also installed a chandelier in our foyer, and it looks amazing: professional, precise, and done right the first time.

100/10 recommend, I had new light fixtures put it, our electrician, Braeden, did an amazing job, very efficient and polite. I also got a couple pipes fixed, the plumber, Dawson, was so kind to talk/explain what he’s going to do, never had a problem since. I would pick this business over any other any day!

We needed to have a drain for a wet bar installed. Service was easy to schedule with a low lead time. David C and Jack B did a wonderful job installing the drain and cleaning up. They were also very friendly and kind. We will definitely use J & J Plumbing in the future if we need any more work done.

I had an emergency situation when I noticed one of my dogs kept going to the same spot outside. When I walked over, I could hear water running before I even saw anything. I went into the basement and found water spewing everywhere from a split pipe connected to our outdoor spigot. I immediately shut off the main water valve and called J & J Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electric.

They were able to dispatch David C. to my home in LaGrange, Ohio the same day within a few hours. David was extremely professional, friendly, and patient. He explained everything in detail as he assessed the situation and showed me where the pipe had split in multiple places, even though we had turned off the shutoff and removed the hose well before winter.

He didn’t have PEX on his truck that day, so he safely capped the PVC pipe so we could turn our water back on and scheduled a return visit to complete the permanent repair. When he came back, David replaced the damaged section with PEX to allow for better expansion if freezing occurs, installed a much better shutoff valve, and even relocated the pipe farther inside the house to reduce the risk of this happening again. He confirmed there were no leaks and waited to make sure everything was working properly, which gave me real peace of mind.

He wore boot covers every time he entered the house, kept the area clean, and was very respectful of our home. Pricing was explained upfront with full transparency. While they may be slightly higher than some, the quick response, professionalism, and quality of work absolutely made it worth it.

I would definitely call J & J again and highly recommend David C. and their team.
