Blake was wonderful getting our plumbing up and running again! He came out on a Sunday and had our water back on in an hour, and was kind, courteous and thorough. He even answered all my questions about unrelated plumbing concerns since we just bought our house. Made our crisis better quickly and efficiently.

Chip and Steve were great! I had them working on the latest innovations in shower technology in a high end home and they were thorough and professional.

Didn’t need to ask if they had booties they came to the door with them in hand.

They weren’t thrown off by the shower with three heads and body sprays that are controlled electronically from a keypad and they worked hard not to scratch the rose gold finishes.

Ron and Ben came out to look at and diagnose an issue I was having with my septic/sewer lines. They arrived quickly, diagnosed the issues, explained everything thoroughly to me and quickly got me on the schedule for a repair. They were incredibly nice; I highly recommend them!

I have used H. Jacks several times and they are always super friendly and helpful. Had to call on a weekend for an emergency plumbing situation. Ken came out within 30 minutes of my call and snaked my main drain line. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I know when I need them they will be there!

Jay and his group came out to replace my furnace and air conditioner and were efficient and so nice to work with.
The work was done about 2 years ago and everything has held up nicely through the cold winters and hot summers!
I've had them come out for maintenance too during that time and the guy is nice everytime!

Love the attention to detail and the trouble shooting skills Chip and Adam gave us. We were dealing with low water pressure with a 24 year old pressure tank. These guys were amazing, had it knocked out in a morning and took on a couple of issues we had with an outside hose bib.

Full master bath remodel including custom shower. Chip, Steve, and Blake were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Kept a very clean work environment including cleaning up every day. Highly recommended.

Andrew was FANTASTIC. We are senior citizens and he was very thorough in explanations and gave us many options. The coordination between Andrew & the wear-house was very timely and we had no clean up.
He moved a structure to the new commode to help me as I am on a rolator.

I love this company. They send a picture and information about the gentleman that are coming. They stay in good contact with you. I had six or seven electrical things fixed and multiple plumbing things and I am very pleased with their employees in their office and the ones that come to your home would highly recommend.

Another good repair. This is the second time I’ve used this company only now for electrical work instead of plumbing. Nick and Csaba were on time, friendly, and explained everything clearly. They fixed the issue quickly and even took the time to educate me on some general household electrical needs. Highly recommend them

My electric & heat went out. I called J&J & Mason C was there within 30 minutes. got me up & running in about 3 hours. Came back and finished the job. Had to have whole new electrical panel put in. He was awesome, very professional, went over everything with me so I would understand. Would recommend Mason & J&J to anyone. Thank you. Cindy G

J&J was awesome! A local family-owned business with GREAT customer services. They did a thorough job and were very upfront and fair with pricing and time expectations. After being scammed by plumbers in the past, they’ve definitely earned my loyalty and future business! Doug B was the plumber who came out and he was AWESOME. Definitely a great company.

J&J did electrical work for me. A previous electrical company had come out and told me it was not possible to install a light switch in my kitchen without removing cabinets. Cade came out and did it without removing cabinets or making a mess. He is very knowledgeable, polite, and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He also noticed a few small things at the house he quickly fixed. It was easy to schedule and I didn’t have to wait for an appointment. A very polite, efficient and knowledgeable group of people.

Cade the electrician who was sent to do my work was great. He was very helpful getting all work done quickly, and cleaning up after himself. He even helped me by putting many notes on the invoice so I can provide to the buyer of the home. I was getting fixed up. I would definitely be happy to have him back if I need work done in the future.

Darnell showed up early, very friendly, and explained my furnace repair clearly to me. I thought the price was pretty reasonable too for same day service. Back up and running now - very happy with J&J!

Darnell, Scott, and Rachel were all absolutely WONDERFUL!! Darnell and Scott, as well as Scott’s apprentice who was helping, were all extremely knowledgeable and helpful with diagnosing the issues we had professionally and efficiently. Rachel’s customer service was top tier. Overall, I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a job done in a very timely fashion and with great, friendly people who clearly care about their customer! Thank you all so much.

Shane D was very helpful. He was able to fix our issue within an hour and even looked at some other stuff as well. Thank you so much for the speedy service and friendly service! He was very polite and listened to my husband and I’s concerns and recommended multiple options for repairs.

Very flexible when I had an emergency and had to change my appointment time. Technician, Doug B, was very professional and knowledgeable. Explained in detail and answered all of my questions. Didn’t give up and was thankfully able to restore our hot water.

Thank you so much Jordan and Doug! Jordan managed an appointment time the same Friday morning for us when we rang with a backed up drain. Our technician Doug was professional and thorough and kept us informed at every stage of what a repair entailed and the costs so there were no surprises when it came time to pay. He spent longer than anticipated clearing what proved to be unexpected roots growing through the drain completing the job all at one time. Thanks to them we do not have to suffer through a flooded basement for the weekend. We are very happy with the service and gladly recommend J & J Plumbing.
