Today Adam and Josh did more than an exceptional job on my hot dog trailer. I know the job was different and out of their usual scope. But their knowledge and aiding me in understanding what was happening was so appreciated. These guys are my permanent plumbers. Thank you for sending these two HJacks. You definitely sent the right men for the job.

Ron and Zac came and assessed my problem. They figured out that it was likely not a plumbing issue at this stage and very kindly did not charge me for their time. They gave me an estimate in case they did in fact need to return and replace a water valve.

I called on Wednesday afternoon. That morning we had no water at our house. Recently we had some basement work done by a different company and our water stopped working. Very frustrating and upsetting. H Jack’s called me back right away and had two technicians out the next day. The two men were straight shooters and told me what was messed up. Chip and Steve were great and very professional. Got straight to work. Had my water running and new system put up in less than 24 hrs. Will recommend them to other people and have other house work and remodeling in the future I’d feel comfortable with them doing. They have my trust.

HJack's came out to thaw a frozen pipe in my basement. The techs looked at the pipe, made a phone call, and decided there was nothing they could do. Initially they charged me $185 for the diagnostic fee after assessing the situation and looking at my frozen pipe. They advised me how to fix the problem and first shut the water off at the street by the water department. I thawed the pipe my self, installed a heating element, and double insulated it to protect it from freezing in the future for less than $50. They refunded me the $185 diagnostic fee. I plan to use HJack's in the future.

My service men, Jayden and Tom just left. Could not have asked for better service. Nice, quick and cleaned up everything at the end. Also explained everything about new equipment and were very courteous. Would highly recommend to anyone.

H. Jack's Plumbing and Phil are the best! I had a hot water supply line leaking under the concrete slab (bathroom) of my split level. Further diagnosis (after removing the toilet) revealed that the cast iron sewer (returns to septic tank) drain piping under the slab was in very poor shape (rotting out and blocking up) and needed replaced from the toilet out to the septic tank. They actually ran a scope with camera to the septic tank to fully confirm. This meant opening the concrete floor from the toilet to the edge of the house and digging outside to the septic tank. A major undertaking.

Between speaking with Phil (lead plumber) throughout this process and the great reviews online, I was confident. This company made sure I always had water at the end of the day during this approximately 3 day job. The work quality was top tier and they actually made quite a few changes and simplifications to the original plumbing, which was no longer in code. They professionally addressed all issues encountered along the way.

My biggest take away however was the professionalism and communication with Phil. I can ask a lot of questions and call multiple times to do so. Never once did I even get a hint of annoyance from Phil during this process. He remained so level throughout all of it that I found it quite remarkable. Through these questions it became more evident with his answers that he is highly skilled and very knowledgeable in his craft. He had thorough and technical explanations in response to my questions. This man is a great representative and asset to the company. In speaking to many wonderful people in the office, it is apparent that they really appreciate Phil, as well as their other employees.

I would definitely use this company for future work. I would also recommend them to others. Quality work and the man power needed for when things get thick.

Ron and Ben showed up and were very nice and gave us a good estimate considering. We had a little bit of issues this morning with our own misunderstandings and they were kind enough to stand there and let us have a few minutes to figure it all out luckily (their time is valuable too, especially knowing how far they had to drive to get to us!) Very much appreciated 👏 They were in and out pretty quick after that! They didn't leave a huge mess behind either which is huge for me also! I like that its a more urgent "get to it" place and how less than 24 hours they showed up the next morning instead of days or weeks out to nip this plumbing issue in the bud! Chip and Steve were a great help removing a water line so I could hook up my new washer. I had been trying everything for days to remove it and they had it fixed in a just a few minutes. Very appreciative of how quick they got my repair scheduled and completed! Thanks so much!

Jayden and Jay Metz were great coming out to take care of my furnace problems; also Tim Eddleman who suggested a change in filter types. Furnace is working great now.
Phil and Brad did a great job replacing old water lines in a cramped old basement. My hot water is much hotter since they corrected lines.

Larry and Tom came out promptly on schedule. They worked well together to resolve my pipe leak in the attic. They found the issue within 3 minutes. When they were done, they showed me the pipe they replaced. It had a hairline crack that caused the leak due to swelling from the weather. Also, they were reasonably priced! In addition, they provide many services other than plumbing and heating. I recommended them to my family and friends. Thank you for a great job done! You will always have my business!!

Ben H. did a great job with a backed-up soil pipe in our 1958 home. He did a great with communications to determine his arrival time, did a complete diagnostic of the situation, and completed the work in short order. Before leaving, Ben helped generate a quote for some additional work that we hope to do in the near future. Job well done!!

I had Ron and Greg come out to fix an issue with my sewer line and a leak in coming from my toilet. They were able to fix both issues in less than two hours and now everything is working perfectly. Thanks guys! Their 24 hour service line came in clutch when the emergency occurred late at night.

Great service. Had a main line clog that I couldn’t get to myself. H Jacks was punctual, friendly and got the job done. Ben H who was the technician was a beyond friendly person and very knowledgeable. Was happy to give advice on yearly maintenance and what the company had to offer service wise. I would recommend if you are in plumbing needs.

This is now the second time H. Jack's has helped us with emergency situations. It was so wonderful to get help the same day. The last time they answered the phone after hours...thanks guys! All the techs both times did a great job. They were kind, hard working and thorough. Last time it was gushing water in the tub and this time it was a broken sump pump. We really appreciate it. Unfortunately bad things happen after hours and it's so comforting to know we have a company to count on.

We noticed that we had a drain start to back up within our basement and within the hour of our call Dylan was out and in under an hour had our drain cleared. He kindly explained what he found was the cause and also shared with us preventative ways to keep our lines running. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Ron is the best! We had a water backup problem (of course on a weekend) and he was here fast. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately and explain what was needed. When the repair was completed he explained in detail how the new system work. It is much better than previous system. Ron was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend HJacks for all your plumbing needs and it would be a bonus if Ron does the work.😀

Met Jay and Eli from H. Jack’s plumbing today, and it was the best experience. They came to give me an estimate on my bathroom and I explained I would also like to make sure my plumbing was in good repair in other parts of the house. They were so professional, explaining everything in detail so that I could understand it. They even moved a big heavy piece of furniture while they were here so that I didn’t have to do it later. We worked on a price that my husband and I both felt was very fair. Honestly, these two men from H Jacks Plumbing eliminated all my fears about doing business, and our plumbing is getting the update we need. I’m very grateful.

Ben H came out on a Sunday during an emergency leak situation and replaced 2 boiler valves in our laundry room. He was quick and efficient and very patient and friendly. All was fixed and we are very happy
