Excellent service! We had multiple electrical services performed, and a water heater replaced. They went over all services in detail, explaining what was needed vs. optional. They stayed with us until the power was back on, and came back the next day to finish the one last remaining item. I will be using their services again!

I received immediate service when I called and Josh was here early the next morning. I was having trouble with my commodes flushing properly and thought the drain needed a clean out. He determined the drain was fine and not a problem; the material used for the drain system was excellent and would be for some time, and explained the good quality of the piping used.

He then checked both commodes and determined that the sluggishness in flushing was in the toilets themselves and made an adjustment in the tank, resolving the problem.

Josh was very professional, knowledgeable and kind and was able to answer all my questions. He advised me of the other services Wilson provides, so I am confident I will definitely call them for any questions I have for any heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, or restoration problems in the future. The HAVC technician Frank was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. After explaining and showing me what he had assessed , he then left me with all the information I needed review at a later time. He made this experience relaxing. No hard sell pitching by planting worse case scenarios for me to worry about.

They worked around my time frame availability. Explained the process as he was going thru and came back with multiple estimates for different options. Great company, very personable and easy to communicate with thru text, which works best with my job. Hoping tax season is nice to me so I can move forward with my project.

I recently had Wilson Plumbing out to review a standpipe issue at my home, and I want to specifically recognize Michael Hall, the technician who provided the service and quote. Michael’s professionalism and demeanor were outstanding from start to finish.

He was patient, kind, and incredibly thorough in explaining what he was seeing and what my options were. At no point did he use any pressure tactics, just honest, clear information that helped me understand the situation and make an informed decision.

It’s rare these days to find customer service delivered with this level of care and integrity. Wilson Plumbing is fortunate to have someone like Michael representing their company. Highly recommend.

Response was quick. The technicians were experienced and diagnosed my issue. Answered all my questions. No pressure and explained things to me in a way I could understand. I would call on them again and recommend them highly!

I was not impressed with the overall service of Wilson Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electric. Prior to this first and free HVAC “tune-up”, there were repeated miscommunications on the address and the type of appointment this was supposed to be. For the first appointment, a salesman was on his way out until we spoke by phone and he realized a service man should’ve been on his way. That was rescheduled.These minor issues made me wonder about this company’s management, but we all make mistakes. In my day job I am an industrial maintenance technician, so I talked to the technician in depth by phone before the appointment, and felt confident that he knew what he was doing. During that time I had mentioned that I was looking forward to talking to him afterwards as well. There was no after-appointment communication with the technician. I tried but had to settle for reviewing this “tune up” with a woman that answered the phone. She ultimately just sent me a copy of the service technician’s handwritten notes.
Although this was offered to me as a free tune-up, this was basically an inspection with lots of tune-up recommendations. Based on the service report, all the technician did from a tuneup standpoint was clean the flame sensor, which probably takes the better part of 5 to 7 seconds. I sense strongly that this “tune-up” was a means of generating future work, which I completely understand, but just be straightforward with what you’re offering. I would have expected at least the fan to be cleaned, but he only recommended it be cleaned.I will not be allowing Wilson to “tune-up” any of my properties’ HVAC systems again for the foreseeable future.

Overall I had a great experience. The repair costed more than I thought it would but they were able to diagnose the issue and have a repair man out within just a few days.

I cannot say enough great things about Wilson Heating and Cooling, especially Dylan and Anthony! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The job took two days—Anthony and Dylan worked together the first day, and Dylan returned the second day—and Dylan truly went above and beyond, paying close attention to every detail to make sure everything was done right, not rushed.

One thing that meant the world to me: Dylan even took the time to install proper handrails for my daughter, who is blind. No more suction cup handrails—praise God! That level of care and compassion speaks volumes about his character.

The bathtub/shower looks absolutely amazing, the quality of the materials is excellent, and the workmanship is top-notch. Both guys were very respectful, professional, and they did a wonderful job cleaning up afterward, which meant so much to me.

On top of all that, the price was more than fair for the level of quality and care we received. I am beyond grateful and would highly recommend Wilson Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for honest, skilled, and compassionate professionals. Thank you, Dylan and Anthony, for a job beautifully done!

Corey was great! Prompt, polite and very informative. He discussed exactly he would, did it, and told us our options. We had a question about our account and he checked it out and got us the needed help. He was everything we have come to expect from Wilson!

We had some electrical work done at our home ( Switches, outlets replaced and had new light fixtures put up in our Fourier and outside above our door….Caleb did a fantastic job and we are very happy with the work he did …would highly recommend

Highly recommend. Called in for a free assessment for a couple clogs at my uncle’s house. During the process, they were able to figure out and fix the issues immediately at no charge (because it was still part of that assessment period). Josh gave an estimate on a potential preventative measure I could take in the future, along with some recommendations on safe store-bought clog removals that will not harm the pipes. Cory and Josh were both very friendly and easy to talk with.

We are members of the Healthy Home program at Wilson, which we consider invaluable. Adam Jensen showed up to do annual service on our two furnaces and humidifiers. When completed, Adam sat with us, discussed the condition of our appliances, and made recommendations for service items that would be advisable both now and at a future time. We decided to consider the option of replacing our older furnace or make immediate repairs, and desired long-overdue duct cleaning. We were given prices for the duct cleaning and recommended repairs. Within the hour, we were contacted and made an appointment to discuss furnace replacement items. Total cost of the visit - $0.00, thanks to the Healthy Home program. Adam Jensen was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. We are very pleased with Wilson.

Wilson electric did a great job changing out a dimmer switch that stopped working. My technician Ryan was very professional. Communication was great. Price was reasonable. Will do business with again.

I have water tank leaking problem and looking to get a new replace. Wilson is able to arrange a team to come and install the new tankless heater in the same day to avoid my potential further water damage to my finished basement . Really appreciated their affort and pleased with their work.

We had Wilson Plumbing and Heating install a new tank less water heater and a new water softener. During that process Dylan noticed that my sump pump was broken and not working correctly. We had that replaced as well. Dylan was very thorough and professional throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Wilson Plumbing and Heating and especially Dylan and his other technician, Collin. A+!!!!

I have never had worse service in my entire life. I will be calling the better business burea. These guys have serviced our septic for years.... and every time its a disaster. We kept going to them because we got our pumps from them.... which went bad just over every 12 months. We thought we would use them to honor the warranty (HA!). Every year there was an excuse they couldn't honor it. Guess what? My house is flooding AGAIN and the pump ISN'T WORKING. But they only warranty a year.... and we bought it 13 months ago. No coverage because of one month. I get it. Except that this is the 4th pump that's failed in less than a 15 month window each time. Once the company was bought out (can't honor warranty). Once we missed it by a month (can't honor warranty). These guys are crooks. And I Will spread word of mouth and every social media outlet I can find. If I could I would hold them accountable for every penny of damage done to my house by this water over the past 6 years!

Everyone was helpful, straightforward and honest! Got a quote and got me financed with a same day install. Thank you to Terry for going the extra mile calling the lender so we could get it scheduled same day! Hithem was an amazing installer who had a heck of a job to get out our old 40 gallon in a tight space to put in our new 50 gallon. I am a life long customer these people are great and they love fur babies so they have to be incredible! Thanks team!

I recently contacted Wilson Heating & Cooling for a second opinion, and I was extremely impressed with the level of service they provided from start to finish. They responded promptly to my request and quickly assessed the situation. Thanks to their efficiency, I was able to have a new furnace installed the very next day—on what happened to be the coldest day of the year.

The installation technicians were excellent: professional, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the entire process. They completed the work efficiently and ensured everything was functioning perfectly before they left.

Overall, my experience with Wilson Heating & Cooling was outstanding. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable heating and cooling services.

I used Wilson Plumbing after a recommendation from a neighbor. I had a bathtub overflow plate that was leaking into the floor below. It did not appear to be a complicated issue. Wilson Plumbing responded promptly and scheduled a technician to come out.

The technician was at my house for most of the day and spent a significant amount of time on the phone trying to determine how to fix the problem. He was unable to complete the repair that day and had to return the next day to finish the work.

After paying approximately $400 for the repair, I used the bathtub and discovered that the leak had not been fixed — it was actually worse than before. When I looked into the access hole cut into the wall, I saw standing water and found a wet piece of trash and what appeared to be a metal razor blade that had been left inside the wall (see photo). This is entirely unprofessional behavior.

I contacted Wilson Plumbing and they agreed to send the technician back. During that visit, I asked him to test the repair by filling the tub completely. He admitted that he had not fully tested the tub during the original repair before charging me. Again, very unprofessional to not even check your work before charging me.

At that point, I was told the leak would require an additional repair costing about $1,300, despite the original problem not being resolved.

I decided to get a second opinion from another plumbing company. They were able to identify the issue and fix the leak by tightening a connection and correcting the installation done by Wilson.

I paid Wilson Plumbing for a repair that did not fix the problem and left me with additional damage and frustration.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not use or recommend this company.

The plumbers came to my home on time and were extremely professional. They were clean and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them. H Jack’s is my go to for all my plumbing and HVAC needs!
