Buddy's Plumbing Excellence did great work. We had the pipes, faucets, shower heads, and drains updated in two bathrooms and Buddy's team offered quality service from providing a quote, to answering questions, to completing the work. They were kind, friendly, and informative. They made additional work recommendations, but were not aggressive in pushing for the work to be completed immediately. They simply offered their advise and left us with a quote for future service. When we are ready to have this work completed, we will be contacting Buddy's again.

Ryan (and Kevin and,Seth) Ryan was prompt, pleasant, and professional. He worked tirelessly and was there for hours. He had to call for extra snake lengths and Kevin came out. They pulled out a large clog about 200 feet out which is an unusual length house Is only 50' from street. He even sent a camera down at no additional cost due to not being ablefind the blockage. Then Kevin came out to help. When they finished, Kevin washed up the mess with disinfectant. They didn't charge any than their original quote, which was very reasonable. These guys were great and i wouldn't hesitate to use them on other rentals, and highly recommend to others. 👍

Plumbing Excellence with Ryan came out shortly after I called and had me kitchen sink clean and clear within 30 mins of effort. Would call them again!

I was very impressed with the service and attention to detail. Jon took time to expand everything, answer all my questions, and explain options for the future. I am so happy I chose Plumbing Excellence and Jon was my tech.

Also, when there was an opening before my scheduled time, the office contacted me to see if I was available. That is customer focused.

I believe I have found my plumbers going forward!!

I trust Anthony without reservation. He has clearly hired an equally trustworthy team. Ryan installed a new Navien tankless water heater for me with second-to-none attention to the details. It is clear that Ryan takes pride in his work. I will request Ryan for any future plumbing issues. I truly appreciate the peace of mind that comes with a trained expert in their profession!

Erik was amazing. He took the time to fully understand my project - washer dryer move to first floor. He completed it exactly as we discussed. I thought the price was reasonable. I highly recommend Erik.

I thought Erik was great. I was at work and he explained what was going on and gave me options to avoid having to put a new hot water tank in but ultimately it was the right call to replace. He got it done quickly and when some sediment had gotten into the shower line he came back out a day later and fixed that issue too. Very happy with the service. I even like the receptionist answering the phone “How can I brighten your day!” Usually when I call a plumber someone answers who sounds like a 1930’s mobster wanting to collect a debt. It was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely call again when I need anything plumbing related.

Amazingly quick service for a failed sump pump. They came the next day. Kevin was very informative and very nice. I’d recommend Plumbing Excellence for their superior, friendly service!

Called for an emergency appointment once our main drain backed up in our basement laundry room again. Jen was able to schedule a tech the same day. Matthew (Matt) was prompt and timely after communicating his drive time.
I knew I needed the pipes jetted from past situations.

I have to give Matt a huge shout-out cause he worked his butt off on the main drain for nearly three hours. He made multiple jet and camera passes to clear the clogged line and our water flows freely now.

He was very knowledgeable and offered us great advice. He was respectful and cleaned up well.

In today’s world where good customer service is very hard to come by and no longer the expectation Plumbing Excellence excels! From the moment I reached out to them communication was exceptional. I reached out on a Sunday night online and by 8:45am the next day Kevin was at my house.I knew I needed at least one of the two water heaters replaced. Kevin showed me and explained how both had failed. He took a very short time to put together an estimate which I knew was competitive based on my experience as an Engineer. He explained the steps they would take and after my approval began work. The work took most of the day and the quality was excellent. They gave suggestions for maintenance that would help extend the life of the water heaters. I highly recommend Plumbing excellence.

I am very impressed with the job Buddy's did for us. John did our hot water tank and recirculation pump replacement and was prompt, thorough, tidy and just overall very professional. I needed a service call a couple of weeks later and Ryan came out and addressed the problem and everything is working perfectly now. Highly recommend Buddy's.

Hithem did a fantastic job. It took us several plumbers to get to him. There was no quit in this young man. He worked hard to give us good service considering how this turned into 48 hrs of no heat due to gas’s leaking. He was awesome!

During an inspection of our furnace and air conditioner by Brian Easterling, he showed me the issues we had with the furnace. During last year’s inspection by Wes Nestor, he let us know we would be needing a new air conditioner. The air conditioner unit was 31 years old and needed a replacement.
Stephen Powell met with us and reviewed our equipment situation and offered us options. He was very thorough and answered any questions we had and he took into consideration that we needed this work to be as soon as possible.
Monday morning, November 3, 2025, Jimmy Ciotola and Tyler were here to replace and install a new furnace and air conditioner. Everyone is approachable and knowledgeable and we appreciate that of anyone who’s working for us.

Hithem was at our house earlier this year to make various household plumbing upgrades. He was professional and courteous. On Monday December 15, 2025 he was given a call to my house to clear a drain. There must have been a misunderstanding with the schedulers because the drain that was backed up was on my tankless water heater.

Back in November we had annual service performed on the water heater. Prior to that technician’s visit we had developed a leak from the drain pipe off of the water heater. I pointed out the leak to the tech (standing water on the floor was quite obvious) and, when he had finished his work he said that he had corrected the leak. He had not.

Hithem came the house this week, diagnosed the problem, repaired the condition that caused the leak/backup and went on his way. Again, he was pleasant, professional, efficient and courteous. You need more technicians like Hithem Judeh! He knows his trade!

Joe w came to look a plumbing issue. He was very punctual polite and professional and explained to me the issue we were having and gave the best pricing for a quote for the work. Checked with other companies and he definitely had the best bang for your buck.

Wilson Plumbing and Heating has provided us consistently with top notch service for many years and that legacy continues! Technician Brian Easterly was extremely friendly and efficient as he performed an annual inspection of our hot water heating system. A good salesman, too, as he carefully explained and convinced me to sign up for their Healthy Home service contract.

I had a very unfortunate 2026 so far
Furnace blew up several pipes in my house started to leak. I got the Furnace thing together and noticed they also did plumbing they came in the next day only to find that my sewer was backing up. When it rsins it literally pours and that why i was happy to have winston there. They havent been back to do the sewer yet but customer service so far is great

Joe was very professional and respectful. Great Company and great advice helping to set up next appointment. I would tell anyone to choose Wilson’s.
