One simple phone call in the morning to describe the situation and by mid afternoon Seth arrived, provided a detailed description of what work would solve the problem, a price was provided and work was completed professionally. There was no pressure to upsell or anything. If I could give a 6th star I would.

Kevin and his helper did a fine job for my sister and installed a beautiful double sink. He invited me and my sister to basement to see how the washer will disperse into the pipe and the drain hole without flooding the basement. Once again, Buddy's Plumbing came through for my family. Ryan came out to snake my daughters drain quickly. The clean out is outside and the temperature is 14 degrees F today. He is persistent, friendly and knowledgeable. He could have given up and said it was too cold - but he kept at it until the job was done right.

A great experience with Buddy's Plumbing Excellence this week. Called for services and was put on the schedule right away. As promised, the tech called on his way to the house. Truly appreciate the time Jonathan took to explain everything and do a thorough evaluation of the situation and point out some items that may need addressed in the future. The transparent pricing was very helpful.

If you ever need plumbing work, I can’t recommend Plumbing Excellence enough. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a completely smooth, hassle-free experience. I’m truly grateful for their help and will absolutely be calling them again—and recommending them to everyone I know. They even came out on Christmas Eve, when they didn’t have anyone on call, and took care of everything for us.

We had an emergency. Pipe bursted in crawl space. All though tech was a nice guy and put a fix to stop the water from getting to the problem which allowed us to have water to rest of house but still not to bathroom. Charge $638. Don’t know how this happened but a different plumber showed up the next morning and crawled in the space and fixed it. $430.

Both Kevin and his assistant sent out by Buddy’s were awesome. They replaced almost the entire interior cast iron sewage piping and were efficient and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and provided me with good advice for future work that will need completed. I appreciate having a contractor like Buddy’s in my local community.

Kevin arrived promptly and took care of the shower problem quickly. He is friendly and knowledgeable about the plumbing business. The home office, with Jen, is also friendly and very easy to work with. They even have a discount club. I will use them again!

Highly recommend them for the great work and the friendly, professional way they are. They did everything they said they would in an efficient manner and thoroughly explained everything. They excavated and replaced lines from sewer into slab home with new meter and valve and found original leak and fixed very fairly.

I can't praise the service and quality of Jon's work enough! He clearly explained everything that needed to be done along the way as he completed his inspections and meticulously replaced my hot water heater and leaking shower drain. I will not hesitate to call on him again when I have my whole-house water filter's location corrected to the front of the water line prior to the water softener and iron filter equipment, as he suggested.
