We were recommended to use Big Tom’s plumbing by our family and now have gone through this company twice this year, once when our toilet was leaking from underneath, and once for our dishwasher not draining. Both times were very quick (under 30 minutes) and both cost us under $200. We definitely recommend them and will be using Toms again for any other plumbing / drain issues.

I had an emergency at 7:00 pm on a Saturday. Big Tom’s had Tyler at my house within 15 minutes! He was calm and patient and knowledgeable and so so helpful. 💯 recommend Big Tom’s and Tyler!

Big Tom’s Plumbing provides services to both our home and our business. From the first phone call to the final resolution of the problem, the experience has been great. Today, two young men, Tyler and Jason (?) fixed our kitchen sink drain. They were punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They took the anxiety out of a water problem. We will always call Big Tom’s.

These guys did a gas line repair job for my 90year old dad a couple weeks ago and I have to say that I and he were very impressed with how quick and professional they great they were. They didn’t overcharge him either. They came highly recommended from 2 very reputable sources and were definitely worth the recommendations as well as our praise for the quality service provided. Very happy with the service we received. We had an after hours plumbing issue and called so many 24 hour companies only to find they couldn’t help until the next day. However we reached out to Big Tom’s Plumbing & Drain and they were at our home within 30 minutes. The issue was resolved quickly. If we ever have anymore plumbing needs we will be calling them.

I had a sewage back up in my basement bathroom. I called Big Tom's after passing one of their vans that night. They were here the next morning by 9 am. They were done within an hour and extremely affordable. A few days later I went down there to finally deep clean and found that the shower was still backing up. Called big Tom's at 1am and they were here first thing that same morning and fixed the issue at no cost to me which I was surprised by but very thankful for. Highly recommend, great service and affordability are hard to come by.

Best price, came out not long after we called. And got the job done in no time! We greatly appreciate him for coming out late and getting our basement drained and unclogged!

Very professional. Cleaned up after they completes the replacement of the metal nut under the kitchen sink and the installation of our kitichen faucet. Reasonably priced. They were in and out and I felt like a valued customer. This was my first time using Big Tom's and I will be using them for any future plumbing issues/repairs.

Big Tom's was amazing. We called at 9pm and Tyler came out within the hour because our basment drain was backing up. Tyler was so nice and explained to us how the process worked. When I lived at my previous address they had to come out a few time to fix a pipe in my basement that kept clogging up. They were fantastic. They were able to unclog it and was able to fix the pipe that was giving me problems. They were very friendly. They were on time. They did an excellent job. They even cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

After noticing slow draining from the utility sink in our basement, we scheduled an appointment for Big Tom’s Plumbing to come out to our house to clear the drain. Two representatives came out to the house, spent approximately a half an hour working on the drain, noting that they could only get 2-1/2’ of cable into the drain before hitting “mud/clay”; unable to clear the drain. We were charged $225 for their time spent. I called and talked to one of the representatives that came out to the house who explained what they encountered and that we would likely need to replace the drain pipe. That night I rented an Electric Eel Electric Snake from Falls Tool rental, who by the way I highly recommend. After going through the floor drain and spending about an hour, the snake had cleared the drain. Nearly a month later, the drain flows freely. I called Big Tom’s Plumbing twice, explaining what had happened, mentioning that I didn’t mind paying the $50 service charge but requested a refund for the additional $175. Nearly a month later I have not received a call back or a refund.
