I’ve used Plumbing911 twice: first for faucet replacement and then an emergency leak repair. Each instance the plumbers were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The repairs were completed efficiently and correctly. They were able to schedule the dates and dates at my convenience and the plumbers called within the planned arrival window given by the office. I highly recommend them.

My third experience was excellent again. I called to have a leaking kitchen sink drain repaired. Upon arrival he courteously listened to my question on another job. "I'd like your opinion of how to install this faucet?" John jumped on it; installing a faucet I purchased and had it done quickly where as I would have taken all morning and allowed me to save a weekend and get back to my job. He got back to the leaking kitchen sink and had that done efficiently too. He was professional and courteous. Plumbing 911 is my go to plumber.

I had a leaking toilet supply line valves on two toilets, leaking into the floor beneath them (and ceilings beneath that). I called Plumbing 911 on an early Sunday morning. They answered the call immediately and had a plumber out that day for the repairs.

The plumber was excellent. He explained the problems, how best to fix them and why, and what it would cost. The work was great and the cost was less than I was expecting, particularly on an emergency call.

He took all covid precautions. He was quick and efficient, but it never seemed like he was rushing to be done with the job. And both of the bathrooms where he worked were spotless when he left.

I highly recommend this company.

Four Sister's Properties....

This was the third time we've used Plumbing 911. Our water pressure was very low and varying. They replaced the water pressure regulator and back flow check valve. Very friendly, professional, and explained the "whats" and "whys".

Just called spoke with a lady who was very rude and very condescending. She quoted 89. Just to come out, asked if both tub and sink clogged at the same time, didn't want to give any other information for charges, which I completely understand. I explained I was calling around for the best quote and who could come today, she went on to say we aren't interested in who can get there there the soonest and hung up. Poor customer service and very unprofessional.

We had a pipe leaking water causing us to turn our whole house water off. Plumbing 911 was able to come out within a couple of hours and fix it very quickly. Excellent service!

Follow up - I had another issue and Plumbing 911 was prompt, quick, and did a great job. Thank you!

4/29/22 Follow up - Needed a new kitchen faucet that I couldn't access for replacement. They helped pick a new faucet and installed quickly, well done, and kept the area very clean. Thank you!

Called them at 9pm and they had a plumber out the next morning at 8am. Very smooth process, nice and considerate plumber (Zack). He was upfront regarding the charges and options I could proceed with. He helped me move everything out of the way and then he cleaned up after himself. Seamless experience, would definitely use them again.

The lady on the phone was very nice as well as Rob. It was easy, painless, and we spend orders of magnitude less than we thought we would have to. We were able to have our problem fixed within 24 hours!

I want to commend Plumbing 911 for handling a difficult job with professionalism and competence. After requiring a Sunday service call with Josh, we realized that we actually had a much bigger problem on our hands. Our pipes actually needed to be replaced throughout the house as it had been built in 1995 using polybutylene pipes, which no longer exist for many reasons. Josh walked us through the process with clear explanations. For two days, Josh and Brandon tackled this undertaking. Josh minimized the number of hours we were without water and the number of holes he needed to cut to access the plumbing. The men were kind and easy to work with. We appreciated this during what could have been an even more uncomfortable process. Josh also set us up with a drywaller so that the repairs to our house could begin quickly. I highly recommend Josh and Brandon for difficult jobs like this.

I’ve used Plumbing 911 twice now and I can honestly say, I will never choose another plumbing company to help me out. The customer service was amazing from the first phone call all the way through completion of a major issue I had to have fixed. Quick response and honest pricing without trying to talk over my head about things I knew nothing about...layman’s terms always helps to put a customer at ease!! Complete dig out in less than an afternoon!! GREAT job Plumbing 911!!

Big Tom’s came to my house for a second opinion after Mr Rooter told me I needed to excavate and repair main sewer for $5,500. Big Tom’s charged me $200 and cleared tree root from sewer line. They showed me my open drain with a camera so I could see what they did. What an honest company! Will definitely recommend and use in the future!

I would highly recommend Big Toms Plumbing. They were recommended by a friend because I needed main drain line cleared. Certainly did not expect same day service but they arrived within hours. Ryan was efficient and a hard worker to get the job done. Would absolutely use their service again. Thank you!

Had two gents from Big Tom's in my house today (one was named Adam, didn't catch the other name) to repair a gas-line valve and hook up a new stove. I can't say enough about how kind, courteous, and professional they both were. They went above and beyond in helping my family to start cooking with gas (har har). Seriously, they were very nice, worked quickly and thoroughly, and explained everything we needed to know. The cost was very reasonable too. We've used Big Tom's before, and will continue to do so. Many thanks to the company management for hiring and retaining such exemplary young tradesmen. This was a great experience, and we'll be sure to share it with all our friends.

Have had them out twice now and both times the plumbers were fantastic. They cleaned up every time. They are also very reasonable in price. DEFINITELY WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

Called the evening before and Linda was great! I was called the next morning confirm and later that day Joe showed up. I was expecting him to look at my issue and get back with me but he started working on my issue right away! With in the hour the job was complete. They are now my go to people. I called Big Tom's based off their google reviews to have a water line run for an ice machine. They were able to send someone out the next day and gave me a time frame they would call. I missed the call and had to call them back later they were very understanding and let me know they would still be by today that I would just be later on the list which was not a problem. They arrived right when they said they would, and did the work super fast. The price was amazingly cheap too. They showed me everything they did and if I ever needed to adjust anything where to do it.

We had a water heater with a faulty control panel. Called Big Tom's and talked to Joe who said he could come see us within an hour. Less than half an hour later Joe showed up. He was very professional, very friendly, and made the repair within an hour. Less than two hours after calling Big Tom's our water heater was working again and all at a reasonable price. For it being the first time using Big Tom's, I will be contacting them first next time I have the need for plumber. I can't recommend using them enough.
