I really had a problem with my kitchen drain. When it backed up, so did the drain for the washing machine. It would flood the room! When I called plumbing 911 on Fri at 2pm that same day I was scheduled for 4-6 pm. John came early for this appointment! accessed the problem, and repaired the same day. He was knowledgeable and friendly.

We have used Plumbing 911 before for new 1/4 turn valves in our home. So, when we bought a "fixer-upper" condo we knew who to call. The sink pipes were leaking and several main shut off valves were old, leaking and in need of repair. The pipes were in a tough, tight spot to reach but Jon C. was fantastic. We had to schedule to have the water turned off at the street to make the repairs and Plumbing 911's office was wonderful working within that schedule. Customer Service is Top Notch! The price was reasonable and the diagnostic fee for the initial service call was applied to our bill and was NOT a separate charge (like some companies). We would highly recommend Plumbing 911 and will certainly use them again if needed.

The gas line in my neighborhood was replaced and the gas meter on my house was also replaced. As part of the replacement the gas company pressurized and tested the gas lines in the house. Unfortunately after the replacement, the gas line in the house failed the pressure test. This automatically required turning off the gas to the house until the leak was identified and repaired (no heat or hot water). The technician from the gas company tried to locate the leak but was unable to find where it was leaking. So with cold weather on the way and no heat, I needed a reliable plumber to isolate and repair the leak. I contacted plumbing 911 and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. This situation was uncomfortable given the time of year (March in northern Ohio) and the minor leak that couldn't be identified by the gas company crew. I was able to talk to the plumber from plumbing 911, Adam, who gave me confidence that he could find any leak no matter how small. Adam was able to detect the leak in a very short amount of time. He gave me options on the repair. He explained and guided me to one of the options that was the best choice in my opinion and one that was less risk and cost. Adam was very confident when I talked to him which made me comfortable that he could do the repair. He was very professional and willing to explain things clearly. I wasn't on site when the repair was done, but my relative at the property said he was a "keeper" which I fully agree. I will be passing his contact information to family and friends.

Had my kitchen sink clogged beyond any “home repair” methods, so I called Plumbing911. While another plumber said I’d have to wait a week, I was able to schedule an appointment with them for the next day. They called me back due to a cancellation & I had them at my home less than an hour later. They were efficient and very professional and had my drain opened in less than a half hour. They have coupons on their website, so I was able to save $30 off the service. If I need a plumber again, they will be the 1st one I call.

They came out two different times because our drains weren’t clear. Two weeks after they still weren't draining properly. Not only were the extremely expensive, the problem was never fixed. We called a different company who came out day off, charged us less than half and fixed our problem within an hour.

I established and maintained a working relationship with Ryan, who essentially brought my house into the 21st Century - it was built in 1957. He replaced my outdoor stops and pretty much all of my indoor shutoff values in addition to aiding in a two-bathroom reno. He was reliable, hard working and easy to work with. He also handled a couple of tense situations with incredible professionalism and included me in the decision making. I highly recommend these folks and I am picky.

I've used Plumbing 911 a few times over the last few years. I keep using them because of their professionalism, quick and responsive service, as well as their friendly and knowledgeable plumbers. I happened to get Rob on my first service call, and have since continued to request him because he knows his stuff and gets the job done quickly.

Plumbing 911 has been out multiple times and has always helped me. When a repeat issue started to become apparent, they worked with me to diagnose and make a more permanent repair to my shower drain pipe. They also replaced an older toilet and the work was done perfectly. Highly recommend them to anyone!

Had several points of gas leaks in the basement that resulted in my gas being shut off. The same day Plumbing 911 was able to assess and fix the issues for a very reasonable price. When the gas company came back out to re-asses in order to turn the gas back on...the technician even commented on how good of a plumber i had. Would highly recommend!

This is my second time relying upon Plumbing911, and once again they were prompt, professional, reasonably priced and over all great. My last write up gave kudos to Shane for his help with a faucet, but this time it's Ryan's turn for some love, awesome dude and his work looks great too!

Shane installed 2 new sump pumps in my basement and extended down spouts on the outside of the house. He was very friendly and honest. He completed the work quickly. I thought the price was reasonable. I would definitely use Plumbing 911 again.

Very happy with the responsiveness and professionalism. We were going through a kitchen remodel and needed someone to come out and reinstall the toilet. Plumbing911 made it easy to setup and appointment at a time that fit my schedule. I needed my main shut off valve replaced which seemed like an easy job. They were on time, did a great job, and it didn't take forever to do the repair. There was no fee for just showing up to give an estimate like other places. They were also cheaper than other recommendations and they even had a coupon on the website I was able to use so I had them do the work right then. I have been using Plumbing 911 now for a couple of years. They are super quick and responsive! Very professional work, they don’t give you the run around. My entire sewer lines were replaced along with some pipes recently and they did a fantastic job. Got jobs done in 1 day so I could use my kitchen again! Thank you all!

Needed a toilet fixed and it was an issue a little beyond my expertise as we were selling the house and time was limited. The gentleman from plumbing 911 came to our house promptly, quickly evaluated the issue, repaired the problem, and even did a great cleanup! She was personable and friendly and engaging. We needed help figuring out a plumbing leak at our house, Plumbing 911 was very quick to get us scheduled. Dennis was our tech, he was very friendly, and found and repaired the problem!
