Called to get an estimate.
Was told a window between 3:30 and 7pm.

My phone starts ringing at 9:55pm. At that point I was busy doing other things, then I hear nothing back from these folks, except for this email -we want to hear how your experience was-... Bad, disappointing, waste of time. These middle man services are not the way. Get a hold of the actual plumbers directly.

Initial call was for a clog between the shower and bathroom sink. John pointed out my broken toilet tank and very old cartridge in shower faucet, which I was pretending weren’t issues, and the very old shutoff valves under the sink and at base of toilet. These were all disasters waiting to happen but John replaced everything that afternoon. AND was able snake out a very old clog.
The very next morning I discovered the kitchen garbage disposal was leaking....totally unrelated to the bathroom issues. John came back and took care of the kitchen leak in record time.
John did a great job explaining everything, was very careful to protect my floors and to clean up when he was finished.

Not very happy I think he was more interested in selling me something as opposed to fixing the problem. The repairs offered were extremely higher than the last estimate I had with a private plumber. Also the option for a new tankless water heater or heat pump was $5000. More than what Home Depot has listed. Of course he said his included instillation and was a better product …. maybe it was. I’m still researching. I did pay to have tankless flushed I had a prior quote of $300. Mr Rooter charged $352.

Called for a leaking water heater on Saturday, Darli came out on Sunday to give us a consultation, replaced our water heater on Monday morning. Couldn’t be happier with our experience. Darli was very professional and efficient. I would recommend him and the company to anyone needing work done.

Had an emergency plumbing issue and Mr. Router can out within the hour. From the initial phone call to the person who came out, they made an EMERGENCY calming. The rep was knowledgeable and reassuring. Thanks MR. ROUTER!

Copper pipe become disconnected last night at 11:11pm today it was fixed and looked brand new by 12! It was $280 which was way less than we were expecting.

The First Gentleman never even looked into the crawl space where our cold water comes up. He just said he was “too big” to get under the house, but he would send out another guy on Sunday who will definitely get it unthawed for me. It was 318.00 for the call. The next guy came and he said if the first guy had looked under into the crawl space, he’d of known there was nothing they could do to get the water running, as he could set my house on fire. He said there was no additional charge for him coming out and we would get a refund of yesterday’s charge of the 318.00 That was nice of him. So far- no refund yet and the cold water in the kitchen is still frozen and the water in the sink is now black and has an odor. A snake wasn’t even offered to be ran in the kitchen for me.

The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Really good young man ready to fix any urgent need. My problem really needed to be soldered. Mr Rooter no longer does soldering, insurance woes. I settled for a compression fitting. Last one lasted about 5 to 10 years, so here's to it hopefully lasting a decade.

I have used mr.rooter plumbing of akron a few times and have been happy with the outcome always. Dillon Heavilin came out today to repair my toilet and he was very professional, explained the problem, gave me an estimate, showed me pictures of the issue, repaired it and cleaned up. I would absolutely request him again as he did a great job and earned my trust.

I do not recommend. The problem was a simple vent issue and he couldn’t figure it out. He tried selling me a new hot water tank for $3,800. I called another repair guy and it ended up being the small hose that connects the vent tube to the power vent.

Mr. Rooter arrived on time. He was polite and knowledgeable. He went right to worked. He explain needed repairs and unplugged the drain. I requested a quote for additional work, repaired some of what needed and gave me an estimate for work that needs to be done.

I was very pleased with the service I received from technician John and Brett. They were both very professional, courteous, and friendly, and explained things as they were going along, plus answered any questions I had along the way. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter for any of your plumbing needs.

The entire process was painless and fast. We discovered our sump pump had an issue, called and Dave was scheduled and at our door the next morning bright and early. He quoted us, began the work within the hour, and was completed before I finished my coffee. Friendly, fast and on time. Dave gave us a great smile with great service ! Thanks

My repairman was 100% professional. He worked hard but just couldn't get the clogged pipe cleared and there was NO CHARGE. 5-Stars and an A-Plus service technician and for the "NO CHARGE POLICY IF THEY COULDN'T REMOVE THE CLOG POLICY". I'd recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing work.

We were very happy with our plumber Dan Farmer. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to figure out what was wrong. Gave good advice too and was honest, which is important

The service professional, Sam Coddington, arrived during the time slot I had been advised and I showed him the plumbing problem and leak at the kitchen sink. I was expecting to only get an estimate for the work but to my surprise, Sam said he could do the work right then. In less than two hours Sam had new shut off valves, the new faucet (I had previously purchased in hopes of DIY but...) installed and re-aligned a section of the sink drain pipe for proper drainage. Well worth the cost and only made me wish I hadn't waited as long (I'm embarrassed to say how long) as I did to have a professional in to do the job. Thank you Mr. Rooter.

The installation was excellent BUT the price was exorbitant ! & 5000 for a water heater is extreme in my opinion. Installer did a descent job. But $5K is high. Look at estimates Doing poor research. This was on weekend and he did it one day. Recommend but you have to pay the price. I scanned rooter rooter and ended up making mistake- taking this company. I put the one price then than $500 one 10x the cost. Too old now. He did everything expected. Great guy installing but costly. I d this for $500 years ago myself but you’ll need hep and a truck to get rid of waste.

Showed up on time, Solve our problem and what was most impressive was it could be done Immediately.
I would definitely use them again and highly recommend anyone looking for a good plumber. You don’t have to look any further outstanding work at an affordable price.

Came in, quoted correctly and didnt bullshit. Was able to be scheduled thay monday and had it all done in 1 day. Definitely going to call again if needed!
