I had a hot water tank fail over the weekend and contacted several plumbing companies. Mr. Rooter was the most responsive and easiest to work with, and they were able to come out early the very next morning—at least a day sooner than anyone else. They did not charge extra for a weekend service call or for doing the work the same day, and their pricing was very reasonable. The technician, Andre, was excellent—very personable, professional, and clearly skilled. I was extremely pleased with the experience, would highly recommend Mr. Rooter, and would absolutely use them again.

Waterfall thru my kitchen ceiling 2 days before Christmas in a home we just moved into 3 weeks ago. Long story short, Andrew was out first thing in the morning and got us all fixed back up, and in contact with a water restoration company (who also came out immediately). Everyone was super helpful, professional, neat/tidy, and respectful of our home/things. Communication was great from booking appointment online to changes in the repair costs, and I felt it was responsibly priced for the service received. Will definitely use again if situation arises and would recommend.

We had an on going problem with a large appliance concern...that involved our water line.
911/Jeff came out and helped us solve that issue PLUS consolidated and made it easier for us to handle a water filter issue...that was a mess before.
Plus..the price was very much in line.
I would definitely recommended them...and have on the "Neighborhood".

Shower leak was fixed on a Sunday for no extra charge, which was way less $ than expected. Super professional. I was informed through entire job, including arrival times and fix. Highly recommend.

The service was scheduled at 11 pm, and the technician came at the scheduled early time the next day. The company uses txtmsg to inform the customer about the appointment/update which is efficient. The technician is professional. He explained the possible solutions and procedures to solve the problem. The drain was cleared. I would highly recommend them for the fast service. Thank you so much!

I recently had worked done by Plumbing 911. I received a better quote then other plumbers and the bill ended up being lower because it was determined that some shortcuts could be made. Adam was very efficient and easy to work with.

I called to inquire about pricing for a lateral line snake job for a backed up pipe and flooded basement. The quote was for 280 flat and a 40 dollar off coupon so 240. The tech gets there nice guy and knowledgeable. Looks at my situation and tells me since there is standing water he can’t plug in the snake so he would have to water jet the drain and it would be $650 -40 so 610 out the door. At this point I have to agree to the service because I have two inches of water that needed drained. So as he’s waiting for the tech he with the water jet to arrive he takes the plug off my clean out and the water drains. Except he already charged me. Why wouldn’t he have asked me if I wanted the snake at that point and refunded me the 300 dollars? I’ve been stewing in this for a week now. They did a good job but I feel like I got swindled.

We had a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom into the kitchen below. It wasn’t obvious what the problem was and our plumber Rob was open and upfront about what he had to do to figure the problem out. Once he diagnosed a corroded pipe he was able to give me a heads up about the next steps with a cleanup service, drywall and the basics of home insurance. He also gave me a heads up about our upstairs toilet being very old and could be the next thing to go wrong. That was all very helpful so we can anticipate and make a plan.

Dennis did a great job unclogging our kitchen sink and gave us some great tips on how to avoid further problems. We had him back to replace toilets and he did a great job once again. Highly recommended!

I was extremely pleased with Plumbing 911. Shane arrived exactly when he said he would and did an excellent job installing our sump pump. His work was quick and efficient. I would totally recommend Shane and Plumbing 911 for any plumbing needs.

I called 6 different companies on a Saturday, they were the only one who would answer the phone AND come out on a Saturday. My sewer line was clogged, they told me what it would cost up front. They had a little trouble and it took a little longer than they expected, but the price didn't change. For a moment they thought the repair was going to turn into an excavation, but they kept trying and eventually cleared the sewer line of a TON of tree roots. Inspected the pipe and said it was actually in good shape and totally clear now. They cleaned up all mess that occurred. I would HIGHLY recommend them, and if i get in a plumbing jam that I can't handle on my own, they'll be my first call.

Plumbing 911 was great and very professional. They're work was complete and the plumber was HONEST. I have been taken advantage of thoroughly by the plumbing company I used in the past and every job they did required more follow up work. Calling plumbing 911 is one of the follow up calls I've had to make as a result of the previous plumber. I wish I would have called plumbing 911 first

I recently had a high water bill situation, after calling the city to ensure the bill was correct. I realized I needed a plumber to investigate the situation. I called Plumbing 911 and first they offered me service the same day I called. I explained to the plumber (Rob) the increase in my water usage. He first checked the toilets and found a leak in one of the toilets and fixed that quickly. He then stated that was not enough to cause the increase in the bill that I was experiencing. He kept troubleshooting until he discovered that my sump pump back was running which uses water pressure to clear the water overflow. He discovered my main sump pump had stopped working. He efficiently replaced the sump pump and I have been checking the water meter for the last few days and that was the issue. My usage is back to normal and I am so grateful for Rob's thoroughness.

Excellent work from James:will recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing done. Explained each step of procedures, as well as problems that may have have been a possibility.
Courteous, professional, a gentleman. Certainly will request James for_God forbid-any future work

They responded quickly and with kindness to my pipe emergency. The kind woman that answered the phone was the only reason I was able to calm down. They fixed our issue quickly and efficiently and the plumber was nice even when we were panicked. Highly suggest if you need fast service.

Plumbing 911 was able to help me out over a weekend after receiving a late Friday night call, which currently is extremely difficult to find companies who will do the same. Very professional, fantastic follow-thru, and Service Technician was more than helpful. Highly recommended when in a pinch.

As do it yourself kinda guy it takes a lot to trust someone to work on issues that are over my head .I called plumbing 911 and was glad I did .Adam was able to diagnose and fix the complicated plumbing in a house built in the 40’s , get all my drains unclogged and flowing freely which was no easy task. Will be putting them in my phone as they have become my plumber. Great experience with plumbing911 !

They had a technician out promptly to clear a backup in my plumbing. He was able to snake the drain and had it cleared in less than 30 minutes. Left no mess and was very polite and thorough. Would call again!
