Rudi called me the next day I had water damage. He came into our house and was nothing but respectful and nice. He made this unknown process very easy for me and my family. The crew he sent out was amazing and respectful. I hope to never have to use them again but if i ever had to go through something like this in the future I recommend asking for him and his crew. Jesse was the first RR tech I met after reporting my water problem. From the start he put me at ease. My husband had died in September and I had no idea how to handle such emergencies. Roto Rooter quicky responded to my online submission within 1hr and was ready to schedule a tech same day in a 2hr window. There was excellent communication from 1st call to notifying me when they would be arriving at my door.

We lost hot water and found are water heater was leaking. Called roto-rooter and they showed up quick. The tech explained everything he was going to do. Job was done quickly and neatly. I'm thoroughly pleased with the results. Martin did a wonderful job.

We encountered drainage issues and my husband contacted them on the same day, and they delivered service within less than three hours. Initially, we thought a root issue was blocking the pipes.
