Ryan was absolutely wonderful. He knew right away what the problem might be. We are so pleased with Superior Drainage from previous services, we knew that we were in good hands. There are a lot of local plumbing companies out there, but as their name says, Superior Drainage is by far the company we will choose everytime. They are all about caring about the customer satisfaction.

Superior Plumbing truly went above and beyond for us. Dealing with a 90-year-old home is always a challenge, and we called them to tackle 3 different issues: a sewer blockage, a shower leak, and a mysterious third leak in a different area.

Jim N. and Rodney were an incredible team. Rodney cleared the main blockages quickly, while Jim diagnosed the shower problem. The “mystery” leak was tricky and that’s when we learned how very knowledgeable and tenacious Jim is when diagnosing a problem. He expertly tracked down the leak source. It turned out to be a larger issue, requiring a second visit to replace aging cast iron drains. Jon G. and Mark S. (Smitty). handled the follow-up repairs with total efficiency, even accommodating a request to re-angle a drain for better convenience.

If you need a crew that is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely friendly, I highly recommend Superior. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I’m very thankful for Mark Smith, he’s an experienced plumber that will find the way to fix any plumbing issues. He’s always on time and ready to do the work.
Also he is got a positive personality which is very rare in industry, which tells me he takes care of his clients houses as his own.

Firstly, we have used Superior for years. They have treated us right every time!
We had a sink hole in our yard. This was a first! We called Superior and Mike came out and looked at it. He thought it was a collapse at the ‘T’ where 2 downspouts connected. He was right. After Rodney and Zack came out (and much hand digging) the connection was exposed and discovered that the pipe was bent and had a big hole in it! How does that even happen?! They were great and fixed the connection

Had the pleasure of working with Ryan on a sewer scope camera inspection to decide whether or not to purchase a city warranty that provides additional coverage for water and sewer lines. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the details of the inspection. We decided the additional coverage wasn't necessary. He completed the job quickly and diligently. I like how Superior Drainage does not use sales tactics / upsells by default. Did the inspection, all looked well, and that was it. Will continue to use them for plumbing needs.

Bob did an outstanding job installing new water hoses and a gas line hose for the new washer and dryer we purchased. The old lines were frozen and difficult to remove. Bob was courteous, professional and thorough. He left the worksite very clean and tidy. I highly recommend this company! I’ve used Superior Drainage before and will do so again!

My garage utility faucet didn’t have any shut off valves inside the house. Robert(Bob) Hill came and did a fantastic job. He was friendly, fast, and very helpful! Definitely will call Bob for future plumbing issues!

Mason was awesome! He showed up right after we called, was very thorough, and communicated every step of the way. He had a positive attitude and resolved the issue quickly. I would ask for Mason every time!

Leandrew and Tim Cool did great work. We needed our entire bathroom replumbed and the drain to the basement replaced. They worked all night and got us up and running after not having a shower for a few days. They're great guys and kept a clean job site. Thank you!

I contacted your company for a second estimate on replacing my water softener today. The first company recommended a new system, so I requested a 2nd opinion. The technician performed diagnostics and also recommended replacement, but explained they only install salt-free systems, where were approx. $1,300 more than a traditional salt based system. I told him we would wait and consider our options. After he left, the water softener pump began buzzing loudly and the tank developed condensation-issues that were not present prior to the visit. I unplugged the unit, but it continued trying to cycle water. When I called to report the problem, the technician was argumentative and spent nearly 20 minutes insisting the tank had already been broken and explaining how it was a free diagnostic, and there is no reason he should need to return. Despite my concerns, he only offered excuses and mentioned his personal schedule rather than resolving the issue(He got upset at the end of the call and said he would cancel his daughter's game to come). Eventually, at the direction of a supervisor, he returned, adjusted the bypass valve, and left. The entire experience was unprofessional and frustrating- and when I tried to report the experience to the customer relations, they advised me it’s a contracted company and there’s nothing they can do. Save your time, money and patience and use another company.

Justin was awesome! Quickly solved our issue and was happy to explain everything and answer all outlets questions. Feel lucky if you get him at your place.

Justin did a great job! He installed a new hot water heater in my house. Originally I thought I had a drain back up issue because I saw water on the floor but it wasn’t that at all. He could have worked on extra plumbing and drain that I didn’t need and charge me a lot of money and he only fixed what was required. Very grateful!
