Jim N. From Superior Drain came out for an inspection. He was thorough and took the time to answer my questions and explain things. This was my second service call with Superior Drain. I would not hesitate to call them again if needed.

I had Ryan out today to wash out my main drain line today and after using other companies in the past i have surely found my go to drain guys. Service was quick, he arrived on time, even cleaned up the overflow mess from when it backed up. 100% recommend these guys based on their professionalism and performance.

Excellent company and service. However, the technician for my latest service call was 45 minutes past the window with no communication as such. He also did not put on shoe covers, and walked across my floor with dirty shoes.

Chris Strebic and Matt Wilkerson came out today. Spent time explaining how my new septic system works (installed in 2023, I moved in in 2024). Inspection passed for permit, no need to drain.

Ryan Eskew was great. Good with the barking puppy, fast, knowledgeable about our tub drain situation. I’m never sure if I should tip in these situations and with the fee being more than I budgeted for, I could not… so it’s the least I can do to offer a well-deserved 5 Star review!

The crew from Superior Drain just completed a job to replace a broken line from my overflow tank to the leach field. They did a terrific job. They were very careful in digging a path through a flower bed and across an asphalt driveway. They cleaned up things very nicely. I highly recommend Superior Drainage!

Jim was professional and friendly. Explained to me what he did and felt he solved the problem.
I just wished he stayed longer to realize the water never got hot only luke warm. Pilot light kept going out was the problem. He cleaned the area and the thermo couple.
Gonna have to call in the morning and have them back out.
Jim came back the next day. Changed the gas valve......I got hot water!!!

Robert Hill came out today to work on my hot water tank. He did a great job in a timely, professional manner.

Smitty came out to snake a drain in the bathtub that was blocked by Ice. Another company had come out the day before and was unable to clear it. So that company wanted to go through the ceiling to repair. Smitty had access to the panel and cleared the pipe successfully. I will always call Superior drainage for my Plumbing services.

The plumber was very friendly and mist important very thorough. He pointed out what the problem was and advised hiw to prevent in the future. Very pleased with the professionalism and service. Thank you so much.

I've used Superior Drainage in the past and was so impressed with not only their very reasonable prices but the quality of their work so naturally they were my first call.
Ryan and another fellow (sorry I can't remember his name at the moment) showed up on time and introduced themselves and explained the cost involved in putting a camera down the toilet drain to find the cause of a backup. They took the time to explain and show us the whole process and in no time they were done and found some crushed tiles in the front yard. So, as we move forward with the repairs I have no doubt they will do a great job in a timely manner and at the most reasonable price around.
Ryan was polite and very friendly, I just can't say enough about this company, so if you have any drainage issues, do yourself a favor and call them first. Take it from someone who has dealt with many other companies before I found them, they are by far the most reasonably priced company and do the best work! Thanks again.

Was nice and polite. Came to trouble shoot shower panel problem. Said it doesn’t come off wall ( it does & did) also said he didn’t know anything about them call people that installed it. Put it back up and left. A plumber had installed it not the manufacturer of panel. So did they know anything about it? Just my opinion but not a competent plumber at least in this situation. Will be calling the OTHER company that knew what they were doing. Waste of my $89 dollars.
Also had explained what was expected when I made appointment sooo no excuse to send someone who had no experience with panels. I believe it’s a hook up problem not panel problem. But what do I know I’m not a plumber hence the call. Merry Christmas to Superior Drainage.

Called Wednesday afternoon and Zach arrived to our house by noon on Thursday! Great turnaround time. Zach was friendly and efficient; in and out in under an hour. Thanks again, Superior Drainage!

Zach and a coworker came, I explained the problem (basement floor drain backing up leaving raw sewage) what the city told me what they found and what the city felt was the issue and what needed done. Zach proceeded to check things and got busy. They worked diligently to solve all the issues, then took careful time to make sure everything worked as it should. Zach was polite, efficient and took the time to explain what was being done and why, which I so appreciated! For the work done, I felt the price was fair and I will be calling them with any plumbing or drain issue I may have in the future!! Thanks guys!!

Ryan came out and had us back in business within an hour. He was very kind to my husband and I. He explained what was going on with our sewer drain in a way we could understand. I will be calling them next time I need service and I will ask for Ryan.

Zach called and gave us a 30 min heads up that he was on his way. He got here and went right to work, removed the clog, cleaned the drain and was on his way. Very nice and polite. I would highly recommend!

Just had our septic tanks drained again by Superior Drainage. As always, Chris Strebic was on time, courteous, professional, speedy AND thorough.
