Chris Strebic has been here a few times over the years. Septic cleaning, inspections for county and more. Always does a great job, very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend this company!

Zach was very efficient and did an excellent job unclogging our main drain that required him snaking it 100 feet. He was very thorough making sure he got to the root of the problem. We were extremely pleased with him.

I have used Superior Drainage for pumping my septic system for many years. They are absolutely fantastic. Chris has been here a few time to do the pumping. He is excellent, works fast, and makes sure the customer is satisfied.

Zach Angle from Superior was incredible. He came right away and was in and out in an hour in what seemed like a complicated job. He was so incredibly knowledgeable and helped us understand the job as well. Highly recommended. So many times we’ve called plumbers and had run arounds and huge bills and recurring problems.

Ryan arrived promptly to address our unique issue. He dove right into the process, but soon determined that the issue was more suitable for a contractor to address, not a plumber. He explained all aspects of the problem, and apologized for not being able to help us out. We appreciate that honest and integrity. We will look forward to working with him the next time.

Zack Angle from Superior assessed our outside plumbing integrity due to a back-up into garage after a rain. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He used great equipment and invited me to observe the camera images. I would definitely call Superior and ask for Zack for a future need. Indeed, I plan on contacting Superior for other services such as septic pumping and inspection. Excellent experience !

Superior has helped me several times with my plumbing needs during a move, kitchen remodel & appliance hook up. They have been very accommodating with scheduling. Matt & Nick teamed up today to get our two 1000 gal tanks pumped out. We waited over 5 years bit learned more frequent cadence could elimated issues like sludge getting to the leach lines

Rodney Brown has made me so pleased that I changed to Superior from a company I have used for probably 15 years. This young man is so polite and speaks so well explaining what he needs to inspect and then his findings and scope of work! New experience for me! I was referred to Superior by a neighbor who has used them for years as well. Rodney is very aware of more than just the work order he received – – he spontaneously was cautious when going in and out of the door asking if there were any pets - he offered suggestions of maintenance aspects available through the company in the future so that the type of drain issue that created so much anxiety for me, would not happen again and he spent time cleaning up the areas so well all I need to do is have it dry and I can put things back in place. I will continue to depend on Superior and most of all, request Rodney when I call in for service!!!! 🏆

Mr. Jim Nelisse went way above and beyond service. He came here to replace my mom’s old gas dryer valve. He had noticed and told me that they no longer used a 3/8 “ gas dryer valve and pipe fitting. He had said that we were lucky not to burn down our home with the old equipment that we had.

I give him a six out of five; if there is such a rating.

Had drain camera used on all my downspout drains to ensure that there was no damage to any of the drains from recent construction activities. Rodney from Superior Drainage performed the work. He was experienced, professional, efficient and friendly. Great job!
