SO incredibly happy with the services George and his crew provided! I recently purchased a house in dire need of a complete plumbing overhaul, and George came through with flying colors! He went over the entire property with a 'fine tooth comb', identified all areas of concern and devised a comprehensive plan of attack. I have worked with George for over 2 decades and have been very pleased with each interaction. I live near wetlands with iron rich groundwater and have sumps (multiple) that run 24/7. George worked and worked until we arrived at a viable system of regular maintenance that works perfectly- my basement stays dry even after the worst of our increasingly frequent 100-year storms. He has also always responded promptly and professionally for other homeowner delights such as dead water heaters, shredded reinforced washing machine hoses, and even the occasional exploding toilet. I highly recommend his services. Cost is very fair for the excellent work performed.

These guys are really good at their jobs! We had worked with George when we lived in another town. He had helped us with many issues in our previous 70 year-old house. George handled problems ranging from obsolete faucets to damage from low pressure in the natural gas supply line.
We were very happy to find out George had joined Dye Plumbing and was able to support us in our new home. He and Sam came to our home first to address problems left by our builder. They talked through possible solutions with us and gave us detailed estimates. Once we agreed to a cost and schedule, they efficiently implemented the corrections as planned. Next, our 1 year-old sump pump system failed and Sam was able to visit and trouble-shoot the issue. He talked with the pump manufacturer and negotiated a warranty solution that saved us a lot of money and time since the manufacturer's customer support team could quickly send us replacement parts. Sam's help was critical to getting the vendor's cooperation and solving my problem quickly while saving me money.
