Big Tom’s is awesome! I bought a new dishwasher for my girlfriend. They went and picked it up, removed the old dishwasher, installed the new one, and disposed of the old for me. It started with Linda being so helpful in lining things up with guys. They are a well oiled machine. As a project manager for an electrical contractor I appreciate their efficiency. I just can’t say how thrilled I am with what they did and their willingness to do so! Thank you to the entire team at Big Tom’s plumbing!!

Called Big Tom’s plumbing on Super Bowl Sunday. Floor drains were backing up in the basement. They showed up in less than one hour. Snaked out my main drain, brought up a bunch of tree roots. Such a professional job. Joe is such a nice guy. I was very happy with the price, considering the circumstances. We will use them for all our plumbing needs in the future.

This company is the absolute best. They are honest and straight forward. They do a great job at great prices and back all of their work 100%. They have been in business 50 years strong. Excellent service and support! Had to call them back 3 times in 10 days bc I missed items and they came right on back twice already & did great !! As a nurse my time is limited but they took that into account and helped me tremendously!!! I have flipped homes for 14 years now and they are hands down the best in the Midwest ! We had an emergency backup in our main line on our daughter’s first birthday. We called numerous places and no one could come out day of and someone even said they couldn’t come to us until 4 days later.
We called Big Tom’s and someone was about our house within the next two hours and fixed our problem in 30 minutes. They were nice, efficient and professional. Would def recommend.

Excellent service, Professional, Reasonably priced! I had a sewer line issue, Sunday morning! STRESSED, could be an understatement. I called Big Tom’s plumbing and drain- they gave me the run down of what to expect. Joe called me and told me he would be there that day! Let’s say I was able to wash and flush the toilet at the same time the end of the day! Extremely happy with my service! Thank you Joe!

Hot water tank gave out. Gave them a call and they were able to get here in just a couple hours and replace it in about an hour. Found the leak at about 1pm, they were done and gone by 5pm. 40 gallon tank, 6 warranty, and service fee is a flat rate (about $1,280 for tank and service). Water tank is about $800, so seems fair to me.

Fast efficient and very skilled. Joe found a clear out inspection cap within a couple of minutes that 3 other plumbing companies failed to find

I screwed up trying to fix my plumbing issue today. Had to shut off entire house. I called Big Tom’s Plumbing and Drain. Joe S. was here within 45 minutes and had my water back on within the hour.

We had Big Tom's come out for our yearly backflow prevention test today. They sent a plumber by the name of Joe Stoltz out here and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! They answered my call immediately and got me on their schedule quickly. I also knew the cost upfront for the service, which can be very helpful for some people. They even gave me a little welcome gift! Overall, I was very satisfied with this company, I will refer them to anyone looking for a plumber, and I will definitely use them in the future!

We could not be more thrilled with the work done. We were nervous it couldn’t be fixed and it would cost an arm & a leg. Had our bathtub faucet replaced because our old one was just out of the wall. Even went out and got a brand new set. The gentleman that came was honest and said I can fix it and you can return that other one. Even replaced a vanity one so we have a stopper again. We appreciate the honesty, the rate and the knowledge. It didn’t cost us even a fraction what I thought it would. I highly recommend your company always and you helped do our bathroom addition last year.

A problem fixed because of expertise knowledge of plumbing. From an installation error previously from a renovation I had done , these 2 guys knew exactly what my drain problem was - finally an answer to my problem.
