I have had two services provided by Duke’s. Both with excellent results! They installed a hot water tank and replaced all of the old leaking pipes. On another visit, replaced a leaking toilet that had rotted the floor! Really professional!!! Excellent work!

Absolutely some amazing people. I recommend Dukes plumbing to anyone in the Summit area. They literally helped us in a time when we were in dire need. We owe them all the tea in China.

I had a toilet that was acting up and had reached out to Duke's Plumbing & Drain. They were great from the 1st phone call. I explained the issue over the phone, and he had a pretty educated guess on what may be the problem, a solution, and an estimated cost. I scheduled an appointment- which I later had to reschedule because of my schedule- they didn't skip a beat and got me on the schedule 24-hours later.
Josh was our service provider, who was extremely polite from the minute he walked in the house. He looked at the toilet, diagnosed it, and had it fixed in under 30 minutes. He then walked me through exactly what he did.
I would HIGHLY recommend Duke's Plumbing & Drain for your next project or service need.

Dukes plumbing are complete professionals Josh cut out my old pipes and put in new copper then tore out old sinks and replaced them. Everything turned out perfect !You can tell Josh takes pride in his work and it definitely shows!Ron and Josh where both on time and Ron gave me estimate and it never changed he was polite and straight forward. Excellent explanations of the work he would do and did it to satisfaction. Seth also went into detail about work that might need to be done at a later date if we continue to have issues with the drain.

John was thorough in his explanation of the process, the options and explained each one completely. Work was performed in a timely manner and very respectful of his surroundings.

Jonathan came out for some estimates, including bad water pressure. He replaced my PRV same-day and doubled the pressure. I really appreciate the time he took to explain everything to me and point out some issues that may need to be addressed in the future. Love their transparent pricing. Highly recommended!

I want to thank Buddy's Plumbing Excellence for the honesty, courtesy. and quality work their technicians do. I have told my wife often after having been a business owner myself at one time in my life, these qualities are what lead to a successful business. These days there are too many companies who don't seem to understand that and take advantage of a customer, and do shoddy work. Recently Ryan came out and cleaned my sump pit and sump pump that I knew needed it as I get way too much water when we receive a lot of rain. This young man is courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. and did a fantastic job. After he finished he asked if I had any questions, added some insights to help me maintain the pump and wished me a good weekend. It seems afterward the drain valve on my hot water tank was leaking and Kevin came out and agreed it needed to be changed, but as life happens sometimes getting the darn valve out proved to be a challenge. So much so he was here almost all day. I know and realize time is money to them, and so the fact that they took care of this problem in a fair way, once again confirmed this company has gained a customer for life. Kevin is the service manager and he as well is such a professional I can see why. Final outcome of this situation I'm back up and running and have hot water once again and taking a shower tonight. Also Ryan came out to help finish with this issue and again I feel so blessed to have found this company. If you ever need plumbing help and are hoping to trust reviews, trust me when I tell you this is the company you want!!

I want to thank Plumbing Excellence and in particular the technician Eddie who did the work for me. When I called Plumbing Excellence I spoke with a wonderful lady Theresa. I explained to her what I needed but suggested a technician come out to the house to see what needed to be done and how much it might cost. Eddie was the technician and he and I spoke at length about the job, which was installing a water backup sump pump. My home gets a large volume of water in the the pit and a battery backup sump pump would not be able to handle the job of keeping me dry. I had a water backup on but after installing a Moen sump pump monitor I realized the Liberty water backup might not keep me dry. I had just gotten over a flooded finished lower level and was determined I wasn't going through it again. I found another water backup that would do the job but it meant replumbing the water supply as well as installing the new pump. Eddie's professionalism and knowledge was so evident I knew I called the right company and had a great guy to do the job. He encouraged my input and answered any questions I had as he did the job. He was open to my suggestions and was polite and respectful the whole time. I felt like I was talking to a friend as he worked through the installation. The job he did is perfect, and I can not thank him and your company enough. My wife and I are both Christians and I sense you are as well at Plumbing Excellence. I will never call another plumbing again. Thankyou!

Had to call Buddy’s Plumbing Excellence to solve a water leak that another plumber couldn’t solve. Kevin was very professional and found the issues very quickly. We will use Buddy’s for all our plumbing issues.

Everything was top notch except for the fact the technician didn’t reinstall our watering hose. But he was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about our water system and did an outstanding service. We have used this company on several occasions and every time we have been very impressed
