which I feel is Way to High,(Not his
fault) and after I agreed continued
on expertly making the repair. SO..
The service was excellent BUT
the PRICE IS as I Said.
WAY TOO HIGH. I am a Retired man
living on SS I simply Can Not afford
the PRICES YOUR COMPANY CHARGES.

I was really hoping for a positive experience with Wilson. A guy came out and diagnosed an issue with my riser and recommended replacement. The crew came out and dug up my tanks and found no riser issue and filled back in the hole. They even called the company on our behalf about the remainder of the bill. The company then called for the rest of the payment despite not having to do the work that was quoted. They discounted the bill a few hundred dollars on a 4k quote. The entire encounter made me wish I had read their reviews on Facebook before calling them. The crew that came and did the work to evaluate my system was great and reliable. I wish I could hire just them and fire the rest of the company.

The teck done a very good job installing my new hot water tank. It's good to have hot water back again. He also cleaned up very good after the job was done. And made sure that everything was good with the system. I would highly recommend Wilson plumbing and heating to get your work done.

Ed came to evaluate a corroded main water valve and gave us an estimate for the repair.
He also had several other vey helpful suggestions related to the proper water supply.

I had numerous repairs and repairs and installations. All the employees that worked at my home are very professional and knowledgeable. They explained what needed done really went over everything on the new install, which I love!! I had a reverse osmosis system installed and the water taste great, not like nasty city water!!!

I had a new HVAC system installed w/ Joseph, Cole, Dalton, Tyler, & Paul. Excellent service provided and they kept me informed about what they were doing and what was needed throughout. They were always respectful, friendly, kind, courteous, hard working, and all other positive adjectives. They answered all my questions and provided great details to the process and what I needed to do going forward. They were very polite and hard working and a pleasure to work with.

Had Brian out to do a check up on my furnace since I just bought my house. He was honest with me about how my 28 year old furnace was working okay for now but how it has definitely started to show its age and gave quotes to tune up and fix what was needed to get it running like new again. Absolutely recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs

Joe did an excellent job with my septic pumping and inspection. Very knowledgeable and respectful. Technician arrived at precise time of appt as well! Great pricing and I will definetly be using Wilson for me plumbing/drain/heating/cooling and electric needs!

Great work! Duane explained everything in detail, and really sold me on the quality of work that they provide. He wasn’t wrong. Mason came the next day, and went over everything again, and even explained what he was doing as he moved to the next step. The finished job was perfect. He even went above and beyond by adjusting my toilet after he reinstalled it. I hate to say, as old as my house is, I’m sure I’ll need more plumbing work in the future, but I know who I’ll call 😀

I wanted a bathtub for my JRT dog who loves to roll in the grass and dig. I found a tub on line and had Wilson's Plumbing install it. Between Gary's carefully planned instructions, and Dennis' installation expertise, my dog's Spa is masterfully completed, and I am so grateful to Wilson team!!!

What a bunch of crooks! One screw up after another. First, they doubled charged me for the same job. Took them 3 weeks to fix the error. Ok forgive and forget, life happens. But Then they gave me a quote for a second job ( $2500 for a dishwasher and garbage disposal install), installed the dishwasher, collected the money, but never came back to do the garbage disposal. When i reminded them of their promise, they offered to charge me again to come out and do what i had already paid for. There is more to complain about but I will draw a line here, wasted enough time (and money) on this shameless establishment.

My wife and I are very pleased with how Wilson’s plumbing explain things as far as options. What exactly was going to happen and the cleanliness of our technician Josh is very personable, but couldprobably use some singing lessons LOL. We highly recommend using them for any plumbing needs, and we will most definitely tell our friends and acquaintances

Complete toilet replacement with the addition of a water shutoff. The process was painless and quick. The price was reasonable for the time spent and also included the new toilet. I've been using Wilson for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience.

Steven was very up front when giving an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly, and answered all my questions. The installers were also amazing. DeVon and his helper were very polite and efficient. They cleaned everything up as well. Other than the new furnace and air conditioner, you couldn't tell that anyone had been in the house!

Jimmy was a true professional not to mention friendly and skilled at his job. As soon as he turned the furnace back on I could tell that the circulation in that room was back to normal - replacing the connection from the cold air return in the rec room to the furnace air intake solved the problem. I'm happy.

Feel free to delete this part of the message after you read it. I have no wish to trash your reputation. I hired Wilson because I've never been disappointed with a recommendation from Angie. I thought the quoted price was really high but I thought that there might be a major problem to work around getting the pipe to fit through the wall into the furnace. Jimmy seemed to be under the same impression. He came in with a few feet of duct and several pieces of angled duct work to accommodate several changes in direction to get the pipe in the right position. It turned out that the connection couldn't have been easier. It took 7 inches of straight duct (Yes, 7 inches) to make the connection. If you charge $300 for a ~90 min service call then that 7 inches of pipe cost $115 per inch - over $800! There appears to have been a disconnect between the estimate and what actually needed to be done to fix the problem. I might hire Wilson again however I will insist on a 'line item' estimate showing exactly what will be done and what supplies will be necessary and a diagram of what things will look like when it's completed. I believe I was overcharged by half.

Wilson plumbing installed a whole house water softener at my residence a year ago, and anytime I needed them for filter replacement and general questions therafter , they have been very quick to respond and help with my needs. You can rely on them that they will service your needs without just selling you something and disappearing.

Frank came out for a routine inspection of my furnace and AC. There were a few issues that he identified and a few more I made him aware of. He made some repair recommendations at the time. Based on the repairs needed and the age of my system, I decided to move forward with replacement. Very professional, I highly recommend them.

Our Wilson technician Brian Hughs was fantastic. He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Wilson was fair in price and thoroughly fixed our major issue with our furnace within a day. I highly recommend Wilson and tech Brian.

Dustin came out and inspected the areas that were related to our drain/pipe clog, and looks like he got things flowing properly again, as well as explaining the types of pipes involved. Very friendly and professional service, glad he came out and resolved our issues!

We’ve used Wilson for our plumbing and electric and had great experiences so it just made sense to speak with their HVAC team. Adam was outstanding! I was having a hectic morning when he showed up but he was patient, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Appreciate how he listened to what our realistic timetable was for improvements before laying out all our options. It was a true consultation and we’re excited to move forward with Wilson for our HVAC needs moving forward.

My water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced, I called Wilson plumbing the sent out Mike to assess the situation and he had a technician Dylan come out and replace the water heater. I was showering by evening, both of them were very nice , explained everything thoroughly, gave me several options and got the job done quickly. Definitely recommend
