Woke up to my water heater gushing water out of the bottom. Called at 9 am Greg and Rob were at my house with in an hour! Their service is amazing and they are quick and efficient. Greg and Rob are hands down the best people to work with. I will never go with another company ever! Do yourselves a favor call them first they will not let you down!

The service was excellent and the drains have never worked better. I give Unique Plumbing a "Job Well Done!"

We had a minor repair on a leaky toilet completed by Rob. It was a very simple job; however, we were charged $425 for replacing the wax ring around the toilet. I called and was told that this was a flat rate charge that they are using due to supply price hikes. After many years of using this company, I will need to find another company to do my plumbing work. This automatic flat rate for basic plumbing is unaffordable for me. I hope this can be resolved, but feel ripped off after being a long time customer.

Greg and Rob did a timely , high quality, and very efficient installation of my water heater.
They worked with my schedule and cleaned up after their work . They also wore booties and used paper to avoid dirtying any rugs or flooring. Costs were within my budget. Thanks again.

I have been working with Unique Plumbing for over 17 years. My last review was 2 years ago and that was because when Unique Plumbing fixes something, it stays fixed.
My home is 100 years old and over the years they have repaired and replaced the old pipes in the house. During this visit Greg extended an outdoor spigot, so it is easier to reach, and he unplugged a bathroom sink. As expected, Greg did a great job.
Unique Plumbing has no hidden fees. They honor their estimates and do not tack on service call fees in addition to already agreed upon prices,
I would highly recommend Unique plumbing for any plumbing job. I am grateful for their experience, respectful attitudes, and professionalism.

2023 Review---
I have been working with Unique Plumbing for over 15 years. They have taken care of all of my plumbing needs. We discovered that I needed to replace all of the sewer pipes in my basement. The job Greg and Rob performed was excellent and professional.
My home is 100 years old and so were the pipes. 100 years of service was enough for them, and they broke in several places causing an unpleasant situation in the basement. My home has a concrete basement floor with clay soil underneath. What a nightmare! Clay and concrete dust can cause quite a filthy mess.
I decided to give Unique plumbing my house keys and I went on vacation! I trusted Greg and Rob completely and when I returned, the job was successfully completed. They were “above and beyond” mindful of the clay and concrete dust issue. Looking at my basement now, you would never know how immense a job it was removing the old debris and installing new pipes. They sent me pictures while I was on vacation, and I was so glad I was not there listening to the jack hammer and seeing all the mess.
I would recommend Unique plumbing for any plumbing job. I am grateful for their experience, respectful attitudes, and professionalism.

Unique Plumbing was very responsive and came to unclog my kitchen sink in a timely manner. The plumber was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He even gave advice to mitigate further clogs. Overall a quick and easy resolution.

We had an urgent plumbing leak that Greg responded to with same-day service. He also took care of other plumbing updates. All of this was done very professionally, cleanly & efficiently with very fair prices. Greg provided excellent consultative advice on what we should/should not do.

We have used Unique three or four times in the last year or so for toilet replacement, faucet replacement and some other repairs. I've been more than satisfied with all the work and service. Great job guys.

Rob cleaned my basement drain; it was full of roots and really clogged. He was on time, great attitude, and did a great job of clearing the drain. I am especially impressed with the cleanup job he did, he is amazing! Thanks for a job well done. 👍👌❤️

Our entire experience with Unique Plumbing was smooth and positive from beginning to end. Rachel professionally set up a free estimate within a day of our call and when Greg arrived, he went above and beyond in explaining what needed attention. His honesty, knowledge and trustworthiness were immediately transparent. Greg and Robb were quick to schedule work in replacing/redistributing a portion of the home's waste stack as well as replacing a water heater. The price was very fair. They even provided additional time, explanation and help in other plumbing issues. The experience was "unique" in every way. HIGHLY recommend!

This is the most honest and fair plumber I’ve ever met! They do an excellent job to boot! I was remodeling a bathroom and they saved me thousands of dollars by suggesting slightly different fixtures than my decorator suggested. They would have made much more money on labor by sticking with the plan, but their plan is to treat their customers like family, and that’s the service I received.

We have been using Unique Plumbing & Drain for our home, rentals and business for the last 20 years. Our son has his own home and has been using Unique as well.They have always done a great job by making sure that our plumbing issues are fixed and leave the job clean. They wear footies so they don't track dirt into the house. They are honest, great people and we definitely recommend them!

As a repeat customer, I appreciate getting an estimate and, especially, an explanation of what the problem is and how he has to fix it. He was able to fix it while he was there and I didn't need to schedule another appointment. Thank you!
