I called because of the excellent reviews, but when I got her on the phone she was rude & unprofessional. When she didn’t understand what i was asking for. She told me (in a very condescending way) “you gotta be more specific, what exactly are you talking about.” She then proceeded to tell me she didn’t “have time for that”, instead of just apologizing and telling me she was booked. Her tone came across as if I was bothering her or something.

Patricia got to my house within an hour, evaluated the problem with my outdoor spigot, and repaired it quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use Hefty in the future, and recommend wholeheartedly.
