i called on Sunday morning as I did not have hot water and did not want to wait until Monday for service. Brian came and replaced my hot water tank promptly. He arrive at 10 am as promised and left at 12:30. Price was reasonable -- as I had received other estimates a few months ago from two other plumbers. Very grateful to have hot water.

Eric came to replace our water heater. Worked all alone and still did a fantastic job, quick and easy. Was very friendly and offered to clean up the rust and water too.

Called in the morning, was able to have someone come after I got home from work. Even though we have to pay extra for after hours, it was worth it. Nick showed up on time. Actually he was early and was happy to wait 3 mins as I was right down the street still driving home. He fixed our drain problem and let us know exactly what he did, what the problem was, and how to possibly (hopefully) not have the same issue in the future. Nick was very personable as well as professional. Would definitely recommend company.

This is the 3rd time we have used Jeff the Plumber. 1st 2 times I used them for my Aunts house. This time we needed them for our house. We thought we had issues with one downspout drain. Turns out it was both downspouts across the back of our house. Shane did a absolute awesome job of finding the problems and recommending what needed to be done. Shane was wonderful to work with. Shane was very punctual courteous and respectful would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I had Jeff The Plumber come out in May 2020 to fix my basement shower. I spoke with an employee named Andy who was respectful and easy to communicate with. They were able to fix my shower no problem. I recently had an issue with my basement shower again. I spoke with Andy again and he reassured me they would send someone out ASAP. They fixed it no problem. Good people. Would recommended them to anyone.

Have used them on two separate occasions and have been very happy with the results on both occasions. First one I had them video my exterior downspouts to look for a break or blockage. Very friendly and went over and above working with us to try and determine the cause of the problem. The other time was addressing a clogged kitchen sink and they were able to unclog it in 30 minutes time.

This is my second time using Jeff The Plumber. The first experience, also five stars, they replumbed a whole house for me and did a fantastic job and were extremely professional. This time, on a different house, I called them for a leaking water heater. They scheduled me an appointment that was very soon and called me when the plumber was on his way. He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He examined my water tank and determined it needed replaced. He informed me of the options and costs and then explained that he would go get the tank and install it same day. He returned quickly, installed the tank perfectly, cleaned up the mess, and made sure I knew the features of the new tank before leaving. I strongly recommend using Jeff The Plumber.

Jeff the Plumber incorrectly and (as it turns out) unnecessarily installed a condensate pump on my furnace that led to major flooding. I have attempted to contact them to see what can be done to make it right, and so far I have been ghosted. Unless there is some attempt to contact me back and make the situation right, I will not be using their services again and will not recommend them to anyone else.

Repair was completed, however, was seriously overcharged. They charged $193 for a part that sells for $40! When inquired about the cost, I was told they buy higher quality parts. Really??? Callers beware and check your bill for extra charges also. Misc. truck supplies (he used nothing) $12.95. Jeff the Plumber price gouges! Company just called me back and offered a $45 credit. Wow, so they only ripped me off for about $100.

We were having issues with a possible broken pipe under the crawl space at our home. On Monday August 21 I called Jeff the plumber and explained the issue. They made an appointment and Alva and Nick were dispatched to my home. They thoroughly checked the pipe for leaks and cleaned it out. They were able to patch it up. We will probably replace it in the future. They were here on time and knew exactly what to do. It was so hot and humid that day I felt bad that they had to crawl under the house. We have used Jeff the Plumber for at least 20 years—they never disappoint! Today was the second time Eric D came to service our plumbing. I moved our refrigerator and severed the ice making line, which constantly poured water into the house and I could not figure out how to shut off the water. I called Jeff the Plumber, panicked, and within 20 minutes Joe arrived. He was outstanding. Joe fixed everything and even wiped down the standing water. Joe showed me how to shut off the water. The charge was reasonable and everything works again. Instead of a long haul catastrophe I have my life and house back to normal without any serious damage. I am so grateful at the quick service, Joe's skills, and his caring and helpful nature. When the water started pouring into our kitchen I had no clue that within one hour my house would be back to normal. Thank you once again, Jeff the Plumber.

Eric came out because my hot water tank pan had water in it. Eric was very professional and showed great concern for my property and my wishes. He took the time to explain everything to me and went above and beyond to make sure my water tank was in working order. He replaced the pressure relief valve, added some copper pipe and adjusted my expansion tank psi. He did all this quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Eric and Jeff the Plumber!!

We've been using Jeff the Plumber for over 30 years and they constantly exceed our expectations on any type of service we need. Our kitchen sink became clogged the evening of Thanksgiving and we called hoping they'd be able to come out in a few days. Much to our delight, they were able to come out the next day, they fixed the problem, cleaned the area they worked in and left with our kitchen looking as if they'd never been there! Jeff the Plumber has some of the most knowledgeable servicemen in the industry. They're friendly, professional and responsive to any questions we have.

We've been so satisfied with their service that other family members also use them exclusively. We wouldn't think about using any other company for our plumbing needs! Highly recommended!!

Joe worked with friendliness, excellence, and professionalism. He went above and beyond what was needed to not only find and replace a leaky pipe, but also to keep our bathroom clean in the process. He even cleaned up after a previous plumber had caused a mess! We will definitely be calling Jeff The Plumber again and I recommend them with highest regards.

I called Jeff the plumber to clear my main drain 12/28. They came out the same day and cleared the drain for a very reasonable price. Eric was very nice and explained things very clearly to me! They are great! I highly recommend them, and will defiantly use them again.

Have used them a couple of time and they always do a very good job. Replaced a sump pump and replaced an old shutoff valve and outside hose connection. Had the pump and all the parts on hand and done in about an hour. $562 for the whole thing, parts and labor. They even give a call when they are on their way. Would definitely use again.

I made my inquiry on their website and appointment was confirmed by email. Joseph showed up in the allotted timeframe, which was only 30 minutes. He was able to quickly identify the problem and have me up and running again in no time . Very polite and professional. He took the used parts with him when he left. Would definitely use again.

Jeff the Plumber was a joy to work with. We were able to make an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. Eric, the technician, was able to arrive early and let us know when he was coming. He replaced the disposal (mid-20th Century!) and also snaked a major clog in the sink. Eric is a great guy, the perfect balance between personable and professional. He thoroughly explained what the problem was and what he needed to do and then fixed things with almost no disruption. He even cleaned up after himself though he was so smooth in his execution that there was very little to clean up. I would definitely recommend Jeff the Plumber generally and Eric specifically for any large or small plumbing job.
