They showed up next day and resolved the issue for a fair price. They courteous and respectful. I will use them again for any figure needs. They move a water supply line for a new toilet, no hiccups and exactly as they promised.

Needed new kitchen faucet and shut off valves installed. Wasn't scheduled for 3 more days, but the called today and said the technician could come now. Nice young man and price was great. Thank you

My landlord called them yesterday. They were earlier than their time window which was great because it was an emergency. They did a nearly impossible repair quickly and now we are back to normal working drains. Top of the line professionals. The gentleman that camed had a name that started with a G, I cannot recall it, but he was so knowledgeable and professional that I would call them for help any time.

Horrible experience. I would never use this company. I explained that both shut off valves were leaking in the bathroom sink. When he got here he comes in takes a look and tells me he has to run back to the shop to get the right valves. So I am charged the time it takes him to run back to his shop to get the right part. Finally comes back with valves. He realizes that grabbed 2 different vales. 1 straight and 1 90 when they were both supposed to be 90s. So he just installs what he grabbed. As he is walking out. I ask so I can use the bathroom faucet now right? He says oh on you have to hook the supply lines back up. So I go to do that and see the 1 supply line is now is too short because of the 1 straight valve. They may employ some good plumbers but they definitely employ terrible ones. I won't taking a chance with them again.

Have had them out multiple times to a house I moved into that needed a lot of work. Great and honest prices and quality of work. Will definitely continue to call back when needed again.

I called Jeff the Plumber for unclog my kitchen sink. They came out ahead of schedule and snaked the line but could not find the clog. Said they would have someone contact me the next day to try and unclog it. There was no charge for 2 hrs of work because they didn't fix it. The next day (a Saturday) they were here and worked 2 more hrs and snaked all the drains until the found the clog. They were very neat and professional and kept me informed as they worked. Their fee was far under what I expected I will use them again. This is the second time I have used their services and both times were very pleased with the results. I would give them a higher rating if I could. I used other plumbers in the area before but I will continue to call Jeff.

Roofers diagnosed a leak issue in the sewer cast iron vent, called to get an estimate on repairs and make sure they could do it. to their credit they were nice on the phone and came out within 24 hours. guy that came out was super nice, here for 5 minutes to tell me yeah they would work on it then tried to charge me a $60 diagnosis fee. owner did determine i didn’t need to pay the fee but be warned because it was never mentioned before they came out that it’s $60 just for them to say yeah they’d do it! put me and the worker in a really awkward spot. if they would have told me beforehand i would have shopped around first because i already knew the issue diagnosed by roofers the day before!

This company recently replaced 2 of our toilets that were ravaged by hard well water over the years. I scheduled separate appointments for each toilet, and I liked how they answered the phone right away each time. And they were also able to schedule me for an appointment very quickly both times (like next day style). I loved how they were willing to give a flat price over the phone without hesitation or BS. Both of the plumbers who came out were wonderful people and did an amazing job. I will definitely use these guys again in the near future.

I was impressed and satisfied with my first time using Jeff the Plumber. We had an improperly installed ejector pump in our basement that was leaking and noisy. Tom came out for the initial house call, assisted me in researching the correct pump and housing and then returned the following week to re-run the line and install the unit. The new unit is much quieter and runs much more efficiently. I found the cost to be incredibly reasonable and because I scheduled the follow up service within 30 days, there was no second charge for a house call. I will definitely use this company in the future for plumbing issues.

Called and they had someone here within 2 hours. Joe fixed the clog and answered all the questions I had. Very professional and a super nice guy. You earned a new customer.

Had a kitchen drain issue that I couldn’t reach with a snake or clear with hot water. Plumber came out the next day and snaked a portion of the drain pipe in the basement. I questioned why he didn’t snake the upper portion too. He said he heard it clear out when we ran water. It was in fact still clogged. We called and scheduled another visit, however I managed to go in through the access point in the basement myself this time and cleared it on my own. I feel like I should have at least received an apology for paying a fair amount for an incomplete job or even a partial refund.

I can’t say enough about Jeff the Plumber. Sump pump failed, called for service at 12:15pm. Technician just left after completing the job at 2:45pm. That is what I call service. This is the third job they did for us, would highly recommend

I appreciate the fact that your were able to send a plumber within hours --- rather than within days --- of my phone call to you. Justin arrived and immediately took care of the blockage and overflow problem. This customer of 15 years will gladly continue to be your customer.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this plumbing company has been extremely frustrating. They were hired to install a setting for a deduct meter and had clear, specific instructions from the water company. They did not follow those instructions, and as a result, the installation failed inspection.
I’ve spent months trying to get this corrected. I called the office multiple times and was repeatedly told, “He’s busy but will call you back today.” Not once did I receive a return call. Eventually, the plumber came back out to “inspect” the work and gave me his personal card with his phone number and email. I’ve tried contacting him several times—no answer, no follow-up.
This level of poor communication and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable, especially when the original job wasn’t done correctly in the first place. I’ve given them more than enough chances to make it right, and they’ve done nothing.
I would strongly not recommend this company if you need reliable, professional plumbing work or timely communication.

Cannot speak any more highly of this company. They came out quickly and took care of my water line leak in less than an hour. Customer service was great and the pricing was more than fair. I won’t be calling anyone else for plumbing work.

First, I'd like to say I have used Jeff the plumber at least 3 previous times at my home and was satisfied with each service person who came to my home and the job they did.
This last time I had to wait 2 weeks for my appointment and needed 3 things addressed. The person who answers the phone asked for pictures to be sent for the basement faucet so the plumber would know what parts were needed ahead of time.
The plumber was sitting in his van until I went out to greet him. I asked him if he saw the pictures I sent and he didn't know what I was referring to. When I explained he said he did not. I showed him the 3 areas starting with replacing the outside faucet that dripped. He asked where it was leaking from. I said at the faucet. He seemed reluctant. I said ok lets go to the easy one and took him to the bathroom faucet that just needed tightened. The final job was the faucet at the washtub in the basement and the job that they wanted pictures for. He was really trying to convince me to change the open /close valves instead of replacing the faucet and I told him I didn't want to open and close them every time I did laundry. I said I wanted the faucet replaced and maybe those valves will have to be as well. He asked if I had gotten a quote-did I know how much that might be? it could be $500-900.
The bottom line is this fellow didn't appear to want to work from the moment he showed up (first appointment)
I said to him it seemed like he was not interested in working today and he could go ahead to his next job. He seemed surprised and tried to say he'd do the work, he just didn't know if I knew what all it may cost. I said no thats ok, he could go on to the next job.
I called the office and said I waited 2 weeks for a plumber who didn't want to work. She put me on hold and then said the supervisor would call me. Guess what, he never did. I gave him ample time before writing this review.
It is too bad that one plumber can wreck a good customer relationship, but worse that the staff isn't interested in good customer service. If the supervisor had called and given me a reasonable explanation for the situation we could have rescheduled with someone I have worked with before because of my past history with them.
However, it wasn't worth it to them to call me so I have a new plumber.
I called the new company who's name starts with an F, has red vans out of Cuyahoga Falls and they came two days later. Mike A. had a friendly disposition, said not a problem to everything I showed him, did an excellent job, and was quick. It was a night and day experience.

Jeff The Plumber is top-tier from start to finish. Every single person I interacted with are true professionals and class acts. Andrew, Eric, and Joseph all clearly know exactly what they’re doing skilled, efficient, and respectful every step of the way.

The quality of work, attention to detail, and overall customer service is outstanding. It’s rare to find a company where everyone you deal with is this solid. If you want plumbing done right the first time, Jeff The Plumber is a team to call. Highly, highly recommend!

A young man name Dominic came into our office today 2/11/26. He was very professional, he cleaned up behind his self you couldn't even tell any work had been done. The sink was install in a timely fashion.
