Ray and his crew came out very fast.I had a water heater go out. and I live in a mobile home. After getting blown off by several other contractors. Pro fix was here the next day. They gave great service and a great job on the repair. I cant thank them enough. I would recommend them very highly.

Ray was very professional . Fair price and precise to details.. He built me a whole new front porch... The before and after pictures are below... So if you need anything fixed or repaired call ray....Like it says on his work truck he can fix anything and HE MEANS IT

Ray and his partner Chris were so professional, polite, prepared, personal and they have so much knowledge in all areas of houses and mobile homes. They installed insulation, wrapped my pipes underneath my house and heat tape and did such a great job. I’ll be calling them for sure. Thanks guys. Your the best!

Ray and his crew worked on our two bathrooms. Both bathrooms had a lot going on but they did a beautiful transformation from old and gloomy to a nice and happy. Both bathrooms are now my favorite place in the house.

We feel like we hit the jackpot with choosing Pro Fix to remodel our master bathroom. Ray responded to our inquiries with a wealth of knowledge, patience with our many questions and concerns. Ray is attentive, stays very much on task, and makes the ordeal of construction in your home very easy to manage. He works with a very talented and capable assistant that works so well in tandem with Ray. Renovating a bathroom can be so daunting especially finding the right contractor….. you cannot go wrong with calling Ray Corns at Profix.

Ray and his crew were very professional and thorough. They replaced an old garden tub in my master bath with a walk in shower and a small booth type shower with a closet. They listened to what I wanted made a few suggestions and gave me a fair quote. They were polite, friendly and cleaned everything up. I love my new bathroom! Would recommend Ray and his crew to anyone.

Ray is a phenomenal person! He is very trustworthy and puts his whole heart into his work to please his customers. He and his helper Chris were very friendly and was willing to listen to our wants and needs. We hired him to remodel two Bathrooms to make them Handicap Accessible and they were beautifully done. We would 100% recommend Ray because he knows what he is doing.

I am currently a student for HVAC and I stopped by Webb supply with a few questions about gas furnaces and gas valves Brandon and Joe were very helpful I was given a packet with all the information I needed to complete my research paper they also showed good customer service and communication my visit to Webb supply was a good experience and I look forward to working with guys like Brandon and Joe in the field.

Quick response on a Sunday! Excellent service technician ( Colin) . Very reasonable rates, and above all, when issues and questions arose , several phone calls were made and help given immediately. We just had a new hot water tank installed and I can’t say enough good things about Nick and the entire company. With the installation call, he also noted a couple of minor fixes that were needed and he completed them quickly and with little additional cost. Today was our third time using Jeff the Plumber, this time we had an emergency with our water tank where is was pouring water into our basement. Tom came our that evening, helped us get the water stopped and then came the next day and replaced the tank. Your service was swift, professional and a job well done. I called and scheduled my appointment a week in advance. On the day of the appointment, they didn’t show up or call in the time window they gave me. When we called them, they were perplexed. Hmmmm, can’t find your appointment anywhere. Not cool.

I am trying to post a picture of how my basement was left in total disarray. The clay piping they took out of the sewer drain is still in my basement there is still a 4‘ x 3‘ hole in my basement floor. And a large pile of so-called dirt. I really wish I could leave this picture of my basement. I have tried to contact them and asked when they would be out to repair the mess they left. They have been unresponsive! I have spent thousands of dollars with them in the past 6 to 8 months. This particular job in my basement I paid $800 for. And this is how they left the scene. I really wish you could see the picture.

Dominion shut off the gas to our business and Jeff the Plumber came out to assess the issues and fixed the plumbing issue the next day. Several other companies could not help us and where they failed Jeff the Plumber excelled. Our business has heat again!

Would rate this company 0 stars. They do not warranty work they were contacted to do. Hooked up our water softener with no hose clamps flooding our basement twice. They hooked up our hot water to cold on the washer. They never installed the drain on the reverse osmosis system they installed. Stay away from this place at all costs.

Woke up this morning to a cold shower - guess what? Water heater gone and basement flooded. I called Jeff the Plumber at 8:00 and they show up at 10:00. He works hours and ends up replacing the whole unit! Worse yet - they refuse to take payment. "It is under warranty" they insist. Warranty!! Not only exceptional, prompt service - they stand by their warranty!! I have used Jeff the Plumber for decades- never had a bad experience. They are an outstanding service provider and I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!
