A++ Mark was great to work with. He was friendly, honest, and very straightforward about what needed to be done. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was genuinely focused on solving the problem the right way. I especially appreciated that he wasn’t trying to oversell anything or push unnecessary work just to make more money. His transparency and willingness to help really stood out. Highly recommend.

We needed a plumber the same day we called and at first they weren’t able to accommodate us but called us back (without requesting that) to let us know a tech had become available so that started the service off wonderfully. Jan was awesome and very helpful. He worked quickly and was kind and explained everything. We will definitely be requesting him with our future projects, we plan on staying with this company!

I called J&J on a day where the outside temperature was in the single digits and to fix the incompetence of another HVAC company. They came out to my house, same day, did not charge an inflated fee and the tech, Austin, was super friendly, professional and diagnosed the true problem quickly. Austin had my furnace up and running the same day even though the full fix required a part to be ordered. When the part came in a week or so later, Austin himself came back to make sure the part was installed properly and everything was working. I couldn’t be happier with J&J’s communication, fair pricing and Austin was a phenomenal technician. I will be using J&J for all things HVAC in the future - great job!!

J&J was a great experience through and through. My technician Darnell was incredibly friendly and courteous, from his phone call while on route to my home, to sharing small talk as fathers while he worked, to shaking hands as he left. He was very informative as well, giving me more knowledge about my home's furnace and maintenance.
Even in the current winter we're having, I was able to get service in less than 24 hours. I will gladly be calling J&J again for future maintenance and trouble with my homes needs.

Brandon fixed a major plumbing issue in my home. He was quick, efficient, professional, and so nice! I’m very happy with the service he provided and will be using his services if the need (hopefully never) arises again. Five stars all the way!

Plumber was young and joyful as he arrived at the earlier end of our appointment window after calling for a twenty minute "warning". Patrick was attentive to covering, uncovering, and recovering his shoes as he moved through our house and back to the van to get necessary supplies as the job progressed. He also took care in taking before and after photos and protecting the carpet and flooring in or near the workspace. He used professional and family friendly language even when encountering "rough spots" or surprises ;-) . He fixed our issue thoroughly, yet efficiently. Thanks!

I called home serve for my furnace that was making a loud noise and had a very bad vibration. They sent out Darnell with J&J Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electric. He was on time. very polite and respectful. He explained everything well doing the job in a timely manner. If I need anything else done in the future I will recommend the same company and Darnell. I would recommend that J&J hirer more employees like Darnell

Patrick G. In Akron as very kind and respectful of our home and arrived on schedule. He did a nice job on our kitchen drain. He never pushed any additional services on us but did recommend things that can be done in the future to maximize the life of our plumbing. I found their prices to be very reasonable and I greatly appreciated the text message they send with the technician’s photo profile before arriving to our home. I had a great experience with this Doug B. He installed new fixtures, repaired a pipe leak, and added a shut-off valve with a brand-new wall entry. The work was done cleanly and professionally, and everything was explained clearly along the way. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left the area tidy when finished. Everything functions perfectly now. Highly recommend for quality plumbing work!

The service tech was very nice and polite. When it comes to ordering part from their warehouse the quality of service goes down. To the point of not wanting to ever use them again. Needed a new water tank and kitchen faucet. It been almost a week since they have their money and we still waiting on “ warehouse “ for parts. This is not acceptable for the price you pay. They can’t tell u nothing when you call expect we waiting in the warehouse. Giving excuses isn’t good business practices. Fixing things in a timly matter makes good business practices. This isn’t very good. Having good communication with the warehouse and customer make good customer service.

Andrew O. and Gabe did a great plumbing job at our home today. They advised of their arrival time. They were exceptionally thorough in assessing and fixing the drain clog issue. Also, they explained everything as they went. Both were extremely nice and polite and did a fine job of representing your company.

J&J is amazing! Our heat went out on one of the coldest nights of the year, and they got it fixed and fixed quickly. Jake the scheduler was helpful and kind, and the after hours tech gave me tips to keep the house warm overnight since he knew he wouldn’t be able to fix it that night with the parts available to him. Darnell came bright and early in the morning and got our furnace working in under an hour. He even gave us some maintenance tips to keep our furnace running better. Great experience with J&J - if there’s and option to request a tech, I’d request Darnell - friendly, knowledgeable, and quick

Andrew O and Adam W were great to work with! They came over to snake a bathroom drain for us and were very helpful and answered all of my questions. They even took a look at another plumbing issue while they were here and made recommendations. Very pleased with my choice to call J&J!

Scott W, Ryan and Braeden ran electrical wires , put in can lights , put in new switches, and a special light in new closet, also installed new fan. They explained what they were doing and how it worked. Arrived on time. They also cleaned up very nicely when done. I would definitely hire them again.

We’ve had a great experience with J&J Heating, Cooling & Electric and their annual service subscription. It’s such a relief having a true one-stop shop for our home’s HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general service needs.

Most recently, we had a full electrical system inspection, and it was incredibly detailed and thorough. Scott W. took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure nothing was overlooked. He also installed a chandelier in our foyer, and it looks amazing: professional, precise, and done right the first time.

We’ve also had our furnace and well serviced through J&J, and every visit has been just as smooth and professional. The team is reliable, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home.

100/10 recommend, I had new light fixtures put it, our electrician, Braeden, did an amazing job, very efficient and polite. I also got a couple pipes fixed, the plumber, Dawson, was so kind to talk/explain what he’s going to do, never had a problem since. I would pick this business over any other any day!

We needed to have a drain for a wet bar installed. Service was easy to schedule with a low lead time. David C and Jack B did a wonderful job installing the drain and cleaning up. They were also very friendly and kind. We will definitely use J & J Plumbing in the future if we need any more work done.

I had an emergency situation when I noticed one of my dogs kept going to the same spot outside. When I walked over, I could hear water running before I even saw anything. I went into the basement and found water spewing everywhere from a split pipe connected to our outdoor spigot. I immediately shut off the main water valve and called J & J Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electric.

They were able to dispatch David C. to my home in LaGrange, Ohio the same day within a few hours. David was extremely professional, friendly, and patient. He explained everything in detail as he assessed the situation and showed me where the pipe had split in multiple places, even though we had turned off the shutoff and removed the hose well before winter.

He didn’t have PEX on his truck that day, so he safely capped the PVC pipe so we could turn our water back on and scheduled a return visit to complete the permanent repair. When he came back, David replaced the damaged section with PEX to allow for better expansion if freezing occurs, installed a much better shutoff valve, and even relocated the pipe farther inside the house to reduce the risk of this happening again. He confirmed there were no leaks and waited to make sure everything was working properly, which gave me real peace of mind.

He wore boot covers every time he entered the house, kept the area clean, and was very respectful of our home. Pricing was explained upfront with full transparency. While they may be slightly higher than some, the quick response, professionalism, and quality of work absolutely made it worth it.

I would definitely call J & J again and highly recommend David C. and their team.
