Had a technician named Alex come out to service my furnace (‘tis the season!) and he was awesome! I just bought my first house last year and this was the first time getting this done and he explained everything I needed to know, gave great advice, and overall provided a great experience. I’ll be asking for Alex next time because I know I’ll be in good hands. In general, this company has never steered me wrong. They’re timely with communication, getting me scheduled, and very friendly. Thanks everyone!

I recently scheduled seasonal maintenance for my air conditioning unit with East Ohio Furnace, and I couldn't be more pleased. Matt arrived right on time and was professional, knowledgeable, and personable throughout the visit. He thoroughly evaluated, cleaned, and tested the unit to ensure everything was running smoothly. The service was well done, reasonably priced, and hassle-free. I would absolutely recommend East Ohio Furnace to family and friends.

East Ohio Furnace was dispatched by our home warranty when our AC died during a heat wave. They got a tech to the house ASAP, which due to the heat wave was a few days out, but still within days of our call. The tech arrived right on time, communication was fantastic and he even had the motor our unit needed on hand! We were expecting to need a second visit with parts, but he had us up and running within an hour. Tech even checked the condenser to make sure we had no additional problems. We are SO pleased!

East Ohio Furnace Co. was chosen for my repair by my home warranty company, but I would choose them again in a heartbeat! From the start, communication was great. With my request being put in on a weekend, they called early on Monday to set up my appointment. I got a confirmation text once my appointment was set. They called about 30 min prior to arriving at my house and arrived early within my appointment window. Our mechanic, Alex, was very friendly, very thorough, and did a great job explaining what was wrong in a way I could understand. He made our repair quickly and efficiently and even took his shoes off any time he needed to come inside. I would highly recommend East Ohio Furnace Co.

called them out for a warranty issue that Apollo said that we had with our furnace. Matt was amazing. Explained everything took pictures eased our worries. We did not need a new furnace system. Showed where areas had never been cleaned even though they stated that they were. Never using Apollo again! 10/10 highly recommend East Ohio furnace company!

The installation crew (three people) were excellent: professional, kind, and genuinely happy to be there. You can tell they care about their work and about doing things right. Everything was completed on schedule, and the results look and function great.

My furnace went out during the coldest week we’ve had. Called HomeServe (my ins co thru Enbridge) and they dispatched East Ohio Furnace. Dave came out and quickly diagnosed the issue (blower motor) and ran and got one from the shop and within an hour I had heat. He was quick, efficient, and knew his stuff. Never tried to sell me on a new furnace (mine is OLD) but when the time comes, I’ll definitely give them a call.

I recently had East Ohio Furnace come out because my furnace stopped working. I called and a technician was at my house within 3 hours. The technician, Matt, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was efficient and honest. Price was very reasonable. I am very satisfied and will not hesitate to use them if/when I have future issues.

What a wonderful company and an even better technician. Matt is absolutely phenomenal. He was informative, professional and knowledgeable about his trade. He listened, explained and was extremely polite. Our gas furnace started blowing off again, on again cool air. This was through our warranty company and East Ohio responded and had someone out in less than 24 hours. Furnace was fixed by wonderful Matt and he told me what to do if I encounter future problems! Andrew was FANTASTIC. We are senior citizens and he was very thorough in explanations and gave us many options. The coordination between Andrew & the wear-house was very timely and we had no clean up.
He moved a structure to the new commode to help me as I am on a rolator.

I love this company. They send a picture and information about the gentleman that are coming. They stay in good contact with you. I had six or seven electrical things fixed and multiple plumbing things and I am very pleased with their employees in their office and the ones that come to your home would highly recommend.

Another good repair. This is the second time I’ve used this company only now for electrical work instead of plumbing. Nick and Csaba were on time, friendly, and explained everything clearly. They fixed the issue quickly and even took the time to educate me on some general household electrical needs. Highly recommend them

My electric & heat went out. I called J&J & Mason C was there within 30 minutes. got me up & running in about 3 hours. Came back and finished the job. Had to have whole new electrical panel put in. He was awesome, very professional, went over everything with me so I would understand. Would recommend Mason & J&J to anyone. Thank you. Cindy G

J&J was awesome! A local family-owned business with GREAT customer services. They did a thorough job and were very upfront and fair with pricing and time expectations. After being scammed by plumbers in the past, they’ve definitely earned my loyalty and future business! Doug B was the plumber who came out and he was AWESOME. Definitely a great company.

J&J did electrical work for me. A previous electrical company had come out and told me it was not possible to install a light switch in my kitchen without removing cabinets. Cade came out and did it without removing cabinets or making a mess. He is very knowledgeable, polite, and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He also noticed a few small things at the house he quickly fixed. It was easy to schedule and I didn’t have to wait for an appointment. A very polite, efficient and knowledgeable group of people.

Cade the electrician who was sent to do my work was great. He was very helpful getting all work done quickly, and cleaning up after himself. He even helped me by putting many notes on the invoice so I can provide to the buyer of the home. I was getting fixed up. I would definitely be happy to have him back if I need work done in the future.
