After ignoring our attic for years we called WIS Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Co, OH for attic clean up. Kayson came promptly and did a very detailed inspection of the attic. He discovered mold on the insulation and outdated insulation and carefully removed it. We are pleased with the attic insulation repair and airflow improvement from WIS Trust any attic service in the future and beneficial maintenance suggestions to maintain the attic in top shape. The attic restoration was completely thorough. It is now a clean coated attic space and accessible. The whole team was friendly , knowledgeable, and, obviously, experienced. After a few months of roof moisture issues, mold started appearing along the attic beams. We contacted This Company and were impressed with how quickly they responded. They recommended their professional mold cleaning, mold removal and mold remediation services to resolve the problem. During the process, Dylan explained how poor ventilation allowed mold to develop and how they would treat it properly. The crew carefully cleaned all affected surfaces and removed insulation that had been contaminated. They also treated the surrounding areas to prevent mold from returning. Everything was done professionally and on schedule. Our attic now looks clean and safe again.

We hired Pence Bros. to replace some windows, siding, gutters and garage doors. With their suggestions, we transformed our house to a beautiful home. Daniel and Jon were very helpful and knowledgeable with taking our ideas to the next level. Everyone that worked on our home was very professional, respectful and did their jobs with pride. We highly recommend them for all the services they provide.

I had Pence Brothers do a full exterior renovation, including siding, window/door trims, gutters/downspouts, and porch ceiling/column wraps. I can’t say enough good things about the project. From my initial conversations with Jon and Daniel to their team of guys who arrived on time everyday. They were professional in all aspects of the job. Addressed my concerns and communicated with me throughout the project. The work was efficient and exceeded my (and my wife’s) expectations. Finally, the cleanup was amazing, they took their time and really made sure everything was better than when they got there. If you are looking for a top notch job at a fair cost, Pence Brothers is who I’d call!
